Pina Panchal, MD is a native Canadian with a strong passion for working with women. Cheryl Reed, MD, is a board-certified family practice physician with more than 30 years of experience at Pinnacle Health Group in Tampa, Florida. Dyan Harvey, DO, is a board-certified physician specializing in cosmetic, medical, and surgical dermatology. She founded Unique Dermatology & Wellness Center, which serves patients in Valrico, Florida, as well as the surrounding areas.

George is a board-certified physician assistant, specializing in dermatology since 2017. Originally from New England, he graduated from Stonehill College with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience. He subsequently spent several years working as a dermatology medical assistant prior to obtaining his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from MCPHS University. He continued to strengthen his education by completing one of the only dermatology fellowship programs available for physician assistants.

George conducts his skin exams utilizing dermoscopy. He enjoys educating patients and strives to provide the best experience possible for each visit. His dermatologic interests include surgical excisions, as well as the management of skin cancers, acne, and various dermatoses.

Stina McKenna, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant who joined Associates in Dermatology in 2017. She earned her Bachelor of Science in behavioral neuroscience and minor in marine biology from Northeastern University in Boston, MA and then completed her Master of Medical Science degree at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA, where she graduated with summa cum laude academic standing.

Christal DiMarco, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant who joined Associates in Dermatology in 2019.  As a Florida native she chose to attend Florida State University for her Associates degree and went on to Florida Gulf Coast University to major in Biology and minor in Chemistry. She attended Nova Southeastern University for her Master of Medical Science and became a board-certified Physician Assistant in 2010.  

Christal has been working in Cape Coral, Florida as a Physician Assistant, specializing in dermatology for the last 13 years.  She enjoys performing full skin evaluations as well as treating acne and warts. Orland Mata obtained his Master's of Science in Nursing in Universidad el Turabo in Puerto Rico and graduated in 2016. He then moved form Puerto Rico to Florida seeking better opportunities and was able to initiate his nurse practitioner career in Sebring, FL in October of 2016 as a Nephrology Nurse Practitioner. With over 6 years of experience in internal medicine, nephrology, and primary care, Mr. Mata developed a passion for preventative care. He decided to embark on the journey of providing holistic primary care services to the community of Highlands County who has accepted him since his arrival from Puerto Rico over 6 years ago. Mr. Mata is a double board certified nurse practitioner in family medicine and nephrology and is excited to apply his knowledge and experience in the acute and chronic healthcare settings in the area of primary care in order to prevent and manage complications that can lead to severe adverse events in the long run.

Lourdes T. Santiago, MD, is a board-certified general surgeon and fellowship-trained colorectal surgeon at Colon and Rectal Clinic of Tampa Bay in Clearwater, Florida. Dr. Santiago specializes in the treatment of colon and rectal cancers, as well as pelvic floor disorders.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Puerto Rico in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and serving as a major in the United States Army, Dr. Santiago relocated to Tampa Bay, Florida, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Science and Chemistry at the University of South Florida.

Dr. Santiago returned to Puerto Rico, graduating with her Doctor of Medicine from the Ponce School of Medicine. She completed her general surgery residency and colon and rectal surgery fellowship training at the University of South Florida.  

She is a member of the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons (ASCRS), the American College of Surgeons (ACS), and the Florida Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons (FLSCRS). 

Dr. Santiago has an affiliation with many area hospitals, including St. Petersburg General Hospital in St. Petersburg, Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, Largo Medical Center in Largo, and Belleair Surgery Center in Largo. 

An advocate for education, Dr. Santiago gives regular presentations in English and Spanish about colon and rectal cancer throughout the Tampa Bay area.
