Taylor earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio, in 2015, graduating with honors, then completed her Master of Physician Assistant Practice from Ohio University in Dublin, Ohio. She also served there as chair of the marketing and registration committee and was a member of the ethics and professionalism committee. Taylor completed the Neonatal Physician Assistant Program at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
Taylor is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants and maintains licenses with the State Medical Board of Ohio and the Drug Enforcement Agency. To further her expertise, Taylor holds certifications in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers. She is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Association of Physician Assistants in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the Ohio Association of Physician Assistants.
When not assisting the experienced and compassionate staff at Physicians and Surgeons for Women, Taylor enjoys the arts and outdoor activities, such as hiking and visiting America’s national parks with her husband. She sings in the choir at her church and goes on mission trips to work with underserved populations in Guatemala and the Dominican Republic.
Dr. Dailey’s Family Practice is a newly established Family Medical Practice located in Centerville, Ohio serving the surrounding areas. Doctor Dailey is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician. He earned his medical degree from Boonshoft School of Medicine through Wright State University. He completed his residency training in Family Medicine in June of 2017 and has been practicing healthcare locally since. We treat, monitor and manage a wide variety of acute and chronic medical conditions. We are determined to help patients understand their own healthcare needs. Nkengafac Etchi is a seasoned Nurse practitioner with vast experience in Behavioral health and primary care practice. She has two ANCC certifications- certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). She has more than 12 years of nursing experience. Etchi has been practicing as a certified Nurse Practitioner since 2018 in family practice and addiction medicine settings. She constantly challenges herself; for this reason, she has progressed in her career, starting from the bottom as a certified CNA through a License Practice nurse to her current position as a medical provider in primary care and behavioral health. Etchi obtained her BSN from Ohio University in 2014; she then got her Master of Nursing degree family-practice from Maryville University, Missouri; in 2021, she got her graduate certification as a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner from Northern Kentucky University. She loves traveling and cooking.
Michelle Noel, DO, is a double-board-certified neurologist and sleep medicine specialist at the Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders (DCND), providing neurology and sleep medicine to adults in Centerville, Beavercreek, and Springfield.
Dr. Noel went to college at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, earning her Bachelor of Science in biological sciences. After graduation, she enrolled at the University of Pikeville in Kentucky and obtained her Doctor of Osteopathy. She completed a residency at Kettering Health Dayton (formerly Grandview Medical Center) in Ohio.
Dr. Noel is trained in all aspects of neurology, but she has a special interest in sleep medicine. She believes that fixing sleep issues is the key to solving many other health problems and loves making small changes to improve a patient’s life for the better. Her sleep medicine expertise allows her to serve as the Sleep Director for Kettering Health Network.
Dr. Noel is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Osteopathic Association, and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. She is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry and the American Board of Sleep Medicine.
Outside of work, Dr. Noel enjoys spending time with her husband and twins. She owns a farm and loves spending time outdoors and exercising.
