Education has always been an important part of Dr. Ditz’s life. He began his studies at the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he attended on an academic scholarship and graduated with honors. He then focused on earning his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland.
Upon graduating and receiving his commission as an officer in the United States Air Force, Dr. Ditz completed his internship and residency in family practice at David Grant USAF Medical Center and the University of California, Davis, School of Medicine. He is proud of his 14 years of service in the United States Air Force.
While serving, Dr. Ditz was selected to study at the School of Aerospace Medicine in the role of flight surgeon. He was one of only a few physicians certified to go through 9G training required to fly in any type of fighter aircraft.

Born in Germany and raised primarily overseas in a military family, Allison developed an early appreciation for diverse cultures and communities. She earned her undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Christopher Newport University in Virginia before graduating with honors with her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University (Orlando).
Allison began her career in primary care, where she built a strong foundation in comprehensive patient management. Her longstanding passion for women’s health led her to specialize in obstetrics and gynecology, where she is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. He decided to embark on the journey of providing holistic primary care services to the community of Highlands County who has accepted him since his arrival from Puerto Rico over 6 years ago. Mr. Mata is a double board certified nurse practitioner in family medicine and nephrology and is excited to apply his knowledge and experience in the acute and chronic healthcare settings in the area of primary care in order to prevent and manage complications that can lead to severe adverse events in the long run.
Board-certified family medicine physician Francis Kane, MD, was born and raised in Sebring, Florida, where he established his Precision First Healthcare practice.
Dr. Kane's educational journey began at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, where he earned his Bachelor of Science. He then completed the Clinical Clerkship Graduate Certificate Program at Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine in Miami.
He graduated magna cum laude with his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the American College of Antigua College of Medicine in Osbourn, Antigua and Barbuda. Dr. Kane then attended the Family Medicine Residency Training Program at AdventHealth Sebring in Florida, where he became the chief resident. Shirin Mobeen is a family Nurse Practitioner who is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and licensed by the state board of Florida. She has received her Bachelors and Masters degree in Nursing at the University of Tampa.
