Frank Ditz, MD, is a skilled and experienced family practice physician with a passion for personalized care. Through his work at Family Practice of Suntree and Viera in Melbourne, Florida, Dr. Ditz is honored to play a role in helping those in his care to improve their health and wellness.
Education has always been an important part of Dr. Ditz’s life. He began his studies at the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he attended on an academic scholarship and graduated with honors. He then focused on earning his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland.
Upon graduating and receiving his commission as an officer in the United States Air Force, Dr. Ditz completed his internship and residency in family practice at David Grant USAF Medical Center and the University of California, Davis, School of Medicine. He is proud of his 14 years of service in the United States Air Force.
While serving, Dr. Ditz was selected to study at the School of Aerospace Medicine in the role of flight surgeon. He was one of only a few physicians certified to go through 9G training required to fly in any type of fighter aircraft.
Despite receiving numerous attractive offers, including the opportunity to rise to the level of Lieutenant Colonel, Dr. Ditz left the military to pursue his dream of going into private practice. Over more than two decades in practice, Dr. Ditz has developed expertise in many areas of practice. Allison Osborne, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant at Premier Obstetrics & Gynecology, serving patients in Winter Park, Oviedo, and Lake Mary, Florida.
Born in Germany and raised primarily overseas in a military family, Allison developed an early appreciation for diverse cultures and communities. She earned her undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Christopher Newport University in Virginia before graduating with honors with her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University (Orlando).
Allison began her career in primary care, where she built a strong foundation in comprehensive patient management. Her longstanding passion for women’s health led her to specialize in obstetrics and gynecology, where she is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. She strives to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard, informed, and confident in their healthcare decisions.
In addition to her clinical work, Allison serves as the Public Relations Liaison for the American Association of Physician Assistants in Obstetrics and Gynecology (APAOG), supporting advocacy, education, and professional development within the women’s health PA community.

Komal Meghat is a Nurse Practitioner licensed to practice in Florida. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She earned her Master of Science degree from Mississippi University for Women. Her years of experience include seven years as a registered nurse and four years as a nurse practitioner.
Orland Mata obtained his Master's of Science in Nursing in Universidad el Turabo in Puerto Rico and graduated in 2016. He then moved form Puerto Rico to Florida seeking better opportunities and was able to initiate his nurse practitioner career in Sebring, FL in October of 2016 as a Nephrology Nurse Practitioner. With over 6 years of experience in internal medicine, nephrology, and primary care, Mr. Mata developed a passion for preventative care. He decided to embark on the journey of providing holistic primary care services to the community of Highlands County who has accepted him since his arrival from Puerto Rico over 6 years ago. Mr. Mata is a double board certified nurse practitioner in family medicine and nephrology and is excited to apply his knowledge and experience in the acute and chronic healthcare settings in the area of primary care in order to prevent and manage complications that can lead to severe adverse events in the long run.
Board-certified family medicine physician Francis Kane, MD, was born and raised in Sebring, Florida, where he established his Precision First Healthcare practice.
Dr. Kane's educational journey began at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, where he earned his Bachelor of Science. He then completed the Clinical Clerkship Graduate Certificate Program at Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine in Miami.
He graduated magna cum laude with his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the American College of Antigua College of Medicine in Osbourn, Antigua and Barbuda. Dr. Kane then attended the Family Medicine Residency Training Program at AdventHealth Sebring in Florida, where he became the chief resident. He is currently a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).

Shirin Mobeen is a family Nurse Practitioner who is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and licensed by the state board of Florida. She has received her Bachelors and Masters degree in Nursing at the University of Tampa.
