Elizabeth Finsness, or “Liza”, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology in Dallas, TX.
She graduated from University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She competed on UGA’s NCAA Equestrian team where she was named All-American four years, obtaining a National Championship and two SEC Championship titles. She earned her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Kentucky. Liza began her dermatology career in south Florida where she practiced general and surgical dermatology for 2 years before moving to Texas. She has since earned the title of Diplomate Fellow as a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
Being a native Floridian, Liza recognizes the importance of skin care and prevention of sun-related ailments. She is passionate about patient education and preventative medicine. She is well versed in medical dermatology as well as surgical dermatology. In her free time, she enjoys riding horses, traveling, exercise, and spending time with family and friends

Jeremy McWilliams, DO, is a board-certified family medicine specialist at Stone Creek Family Medicine in Montgomery, Texas.
A graduate of Baylor University in Waco, Texas, Dr. McWilliams moved to Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine to complete his doctorate. He studied under the prestigious Conroe Family Medicine Residency Program for his residency.
Before coming to Stone Creek Family Medicine, Dr. McWilliams practiced as a family medicine and urgent care physician in the Woodlands and Huntsville. He provides preventive, chronic, and acute care to patients of all ages.
In addition to his experience, Dr. McWilliams is a National Health Service Corp Scholar, a Texas State licensee, and board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Previously, he was a medical director at both Hermann Memorial Hospital Medical Clinic in Huntsville, Texas, and The Oaks Medical Center, in Spring, Texas.

Courtney graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington, earning her bachelor’s and master’s in nursing. With a passion for medicine and the power of healing, she is loved by her patients for her exceptional bedside manner. She has previously worked for Remix Home Care, Davita Dialysis, and Huntsville Memorial Hospital’s Wound Care Center.
Particularly focused on the root cause of illness, Courtney integrates Western and Holistic medicine into her patients’ treatments. Each treatment plan is developed with modalities that support both the treatment of symptoms and the patient’s personal beliefs. Board-certified as a nurse practitioner through the AANP, Courtney continually dedicates herself to education.

Joseph Goin, MD, is a general practice physician, board-certified in pediatrics and family medicine. He treats patients at Calvary Urgent Care in Humble, Texas.
For the last 16 years, Dr. Goin has served as the clinic’s medical director, providing strong leadership to the qualified and caring team of medical professionals in all primary care areas, including pediatrics, family medicine, nutritional counseling, obstetrics, and gynecology.
After earning his doctorate, Dr. Goin completed his residency training at Chicago's University of Illinois and Michael Reese hospitals in Chicago, Illinois. His professional experience includes working in a diverse mix of clinics and hospitals and holding various leadership positions.

Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner Brittany Reynolds, DNP, joined the team of exceptional providers at Calvary Medical Clinic in 2017, bringing her own exceptional training and experience to the team. Ms. Reynolds sees patients from the practice's office location in Cleveland, Texas.
After obtaining her master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner, Ms. Reynolds furthered her education and training by earning her Doctorate of Nursing Practice. This accomplishment attests to her drive and ambition of being the best and providing the best. After graduating from Grambling State University, she completed her training and earned her doctoral degree from Frontier Nursing University. Along with caring for patients at esteemed facilities such as Glenwood Regional Medical Center and Kingwood Medical Center, Ms. Reynolds is a highly qualified and experienced medical educator, directly managing and instructing students in active clinical settings in Louisiana and Texas medical facilities. Dr. James Wells joined our elite team of providers in July 2023, bringing with him over 40 years of education, training, and experience.
After graduating with his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin, Dr. Wells began practicing Family Medicine at the San Jacinto Methodist Hospital. He eventually moved to Selma Family Health Care, where he continued to practice Family Medicine, until he opened his own private practice, J. Darrick Wells MD, Inc., in 1996. Dr Wells continued to provide Family Medical Care for 22 years, before transitioning into the Urgent Care field of medicine.
Dr. Wells’ awards are numerous and extensive, including: the Richard D Steed Scholar Award, the All-Academic Award, the Associated Press Honorable-Mention, & Phi Beta Kappa. During his college years, he was the Team Captain for the Rice University Football team, he received the American Spirit award, the George R. Brown Most Valuable Receiver award, the All-Southwest Conference Receiver award, and was inducted into the Tiger Athletic Hall of Fame.

Ms. Christine Thorpe-Gilpin joined the Calvary team of providers in early 2024, bringing with her over 14 years of education, training, and experience.
Ms. Thorpe-Gilpin began her medical career as an RN at Cornwall Regional Hospital. She worked tirelessly for the next 10+ years, gaining valuable experience in areas such as Pediatrics with disabilities, LTAC, ICU, NICU, MICU, CICU, CVICU, IMU, wound care & pressure ulcers, home health care, neurology, life support, and many other areas of acute and chronic care medicine.
She is certified in many areas, including NIH, BLS, Advanced CLS, Nursing Preceptor, and Critical Care. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing in 2021 and her doctorate degree in February 2024.

Wendy Sharp, FNP, is a dedicated family nurse practitioner serving patients throughout Cleveland and Humble, Texas. Ms. Sharp has been with the Calvary Medical Clinic team of providers since 2010, joining the practice and bringing with her over 16 years of education and training. Ms. Sharp boosts over 27 years of experience in the medical field.
Ms. Sharp obtained her Bachelor of Science in nursing at Houston Baptist University and went on to earn her Master of Science in nursing from Texas Women’s University in Houston, Texas.
After beginning her medical career in the Home Healthcare field, Ms. Sharp furthered her work experience at two local Independent School Districts, where she cared for the acute medical incidents of children of all ages, as well as the adult staff and employees, under the title of director/district head nurse.
Shortly before joining Calvary, Ms. Sharp returned to the Home Healthcare field of medicine, where she cared for well over 100 patients and performed her positional duties as the supervising nurse case manager over the staff and employees.
