Neal Handel, MD, a board certified Plastic Surgeon, has been in practice in Southern California for 45 years. He received his bachelor’s degree from Columbia University, where he graduated with honors. He received his MD from Yale University. Dr. Handel did his general surgery training at UCLA and Tulane, and completed his residency in plastic surgery at the University of Colorado Medical Center. Dr. Handel underwent fellowship training in England and Scotland prior to entering practice in Los Angeles in 1980.
As a Clinical Professor at UCLA School of Medicine, he is actively involved in training young surgeons. A well-known leader in the field, Dr. Handel is often invited to lecture at professional meetings throughout the United States and around the world.

Bader Iqbal, MD, has been practicing medicine for over 20 years. Following graduation from Rush Medical College, he completed a family medicine residency at UCLA, in Santa Monica, where he was elected chief resident. In 1992, Dr. Iqbal founded Agoura Family Practice, which has since become AFP Associates. Dr. Iqbal is Board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Academy of Family Practice.
Dr. Iqbal believes that patients who are empowered with knowledge through education can take charge of their health and self-manage many chronic illnesses. He has a special interest in diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, cardiac disease, and stress and mental health disorders. Although trained in conventional medicine, Dr. Iqbal believes in blending Western, or allopathic medicine with alternative and naturopathic treatments to provide holistic care for patients of all ages,. Dr. Ladouceur has more than 15 years of clinical experience in both acute and ambulatory settings. He received a B.A. degree in Biochemistry at New York University, and received his M.D. from Columbia University. After medical school he moved to Los Angeles and trained at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles in Neurosurgery. He has advanced training in aesthetic medicine with a special interest in neuromodulators (BOTOX, DYSPORT) and dermal fillers.
