Dr. Jabeen Fatima is a wonderful doctor and when in her presence, I feel very well taken care of. However, her office staff and physician's assistants leave something to be desired. Here is an example...I had an appointment withShow more Dr. Fatima to discuss my blood pressure which had been a pre-existing condition on and off for years. My appointment was for 2:15. I was called into the "inner chambers" at 2:30. As I had already updated my records and my medications in the waiting room, I found it unnecessarily time-consuming and tedious when the assistant asked me to do it a second time when she was holding the the papers. When my blood pressure was taken, she noticed that it was high. (No wonder) All of this took approximately 5 minutes. I did not see Dr. Fatima until 3:15. An assistant poked her head in, looking for the doctor, but...is it possible for a physician's assistant to make contact with a patient when the physician is unavoidably detained??? Yes. During the course of my examination, the doctor mentioned that I should have an echocardiogram. At first, I elected not to have it. However, over night I decided that I wanted to have it. I called the office the next day, and gave the message to the receptionist. To date, I have not heard from the doctor. The appointment was on a Wednesday, I called on a Thursday, having changed my mind. It has been 6 days and no contact...In this case, the physician may be top notch, but if one can't get to the doctor due to office procedures that may need a bit of tightening, then the medical care suffers.
No matter the reason for my visit with Doctor Fatima, I am always satisfied with her method in exploring the problem, and her decision afterwards to prescribe whatever treatment is necessary. Over the years, I started out as a U.SShow more. Navy Hospital Corpsman, I worked with Doctors, and Nurses during the 4 years that I served in the Navy. I learned a lot about the medical profession. I have since been treated by many Doctors. Unlike some of the Doctors that I worked with, or that treated me for various reasons, none have impressed me the same as Dr. Fatima. Dr. Fatima is friendly, kind, courteous, very competent; she listens to your problem, examine you, and once she has an opinion, she explains her finding, and whether or not medication is needed. If so, She explains all the ramifications about the medicine. Dr. Fatima ranks at the top among all the Doctors that I have encountered over the years, for one illness or another.

I have been going to Dr. Fatima for a long time now. I'm satisfied with the care she provided. She keeps up with what tests needed be done during my visit. When I asked for upfront schedule or refills for my prescription the staff are very helpful and works on your needs right away.

Enjoyed everyone’s presence and energy here. Dr. Fatima was a great listener and I felt very heard about my concerns regarding my health. It was my first time at this clinic and meeting everyone, it went smoothly, quickly and I felt very comfortable. I got a lot done in one day then I have at any other clinic in my life. Dr Fatima and her assistant Madelyn who does the EKG’s, blood pressure, etc are very friendly! Also, the one who draws blood(Asian lady) is very friendly! There was maybe one person at the front desk and another person who has her own office don’t really smile but overall I’m pleased! Dr Fatima always smiles and is so friendly.. I’d highly recommend her!
