Maghal Gorre-Ndiaye, FNP, is a dedicated family nurse practitioner, providing exceptional care to patients of all ages at Primary Care Associates of Maryland, which has locations in Frederick and Clarksburg, Maryland. 

Maghal earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Stevenson University in Owings Mills, Maryland. She then went on to complete her Master of Science in family nurse practitioner at the Chamberlain College of Nursing, located in Downer's Grove, Illinois, where she also completed over 600 hours of clinical training. 

As an experienced nurse, Maghal has worked in several different health care settings, including hospitals and family practice settings in the state of Maryland. She previously worked as a night shift charge nurse at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital in Rockville, Maryland, for several years before taking a position as a family nurse practitioner at Menocal Family Practice in Frederick. 

Maghal is committed to providing accurate assessments, diagnoses, and treatments to her patients to ensure that all of their needs are met and improve their quality of life. 

Samiya Mohiuddin, PA-C, a native of Frederick, attended The George Washington University for her undergraduate studies and Sullivan University for her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.  She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Niambi Hogans FNP-BC, is a New Jersey native who received her BSN from Stratford University and her MSN from Chamberlain University, with a specialization in family practice. Over 15 years in health care, Niambi has worked in emergency rooms, as a forensic examiner, and at the bedside. During the height of the pandemic Niambi took travel assignments to provide emergency staffing for those in need of care during a trying time for the nation. In 2022, she started The Whole Body Wellness Center. Loving the practice of medicine and seeing the current shortage of family practice providers she has left the acute care setting with the goal of providing care to patients both in person and virtually. Dr. Denise D. Wallis, MD is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with over 25 years of experience, specializing in weight management, women’s midlife health, and preventive, longevity-focused care. Over his 25+ years of private practice experience, Dr. Octain has treated patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors well in their 90s. His practice has grown to serve many families who have been returning to his care for over 3 generations and in some cases even 4 generations. He has a passion for helping the underserved and has been an avid participant in the Northern Virginia health community. His philosophy is that everyone should have access to affordable healthcare.

Abbi Lamparelli is a Nurse Practitioner with Gastro Centers of Maryland, bringing over a decade of hands-on clinical experience to her role. She began her career in medical-surgical and emergency medicine and transitioned into advanced practice nursing in 2023 after completing her training at Drexel University. She further advanced her education by earning a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Aspen University.

As a board-certified Physician Assistant, Jordan has been practicing in primary care and urgent care for more than 5 years. She is a  graduate from Towson Physician Assistant program in 2017. Jordan has always made patients feel comfortable and confident in their treatment plan during their visit.

As a board-certified Physician Associate, Dena has over 6 years of experience in family medicine and primary care.  She graduated from Touro Bayshore’s  PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT program in August 2014. She is certified in ACLS, BLS, and PALS. Dena has recently relocated from California to Maryland, and we are very happy to have her join EZMED with her personable nature and extensive knowledge.

As a board certified Physician Assistant, Debi has over 30 years of experience in various medical fields, such as, Emergency Medicine, Occupational Medicine,  and Urgent Care. Debi worked at the Maryland Air National Guard, then army reserves for 13 years,  and then she was commissioned as an officer in the Army as a Physician Assistant.   

Debi’s compassionate and caring nature in addition to her extensive medical background makes her an excellent medical practitioner.

As a board-certified Physician Assistant, Youna has over 7 years of pediatric and urgent care experience. She graduated from Touro Bayshore’s PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT program in August 2014. She has certifications in ACLS, BLS., and PALS.

Youna’s extensive experience in pediatric and urgent care has made her a great addition to our medical team.

Allan Chircus, MD, brings more than 40 years of experience to his work as the medical director at EZMED Primary & Urgent Care. In the Timonium, Maryland, office, Dr. Chircus and his team of experienced specialists offer complete primary and urgent care services in a welcoming atmosphere. 

Dr. Chircus earned his medical degree at Universidad Central del Este in San Pedro de Macorís, Dominican Republic. Throughout his medical career, he has focused on primary, urgent, and emergency care in a variety of settings.
