Board-certified radiologist David Payne, MD, provides diagnostic radiology services to people of all ages at All County Radiology, his practice in the Fresh Meadows neighborhood of Queens. Dr. Payne received a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Pennsylvania, then graduated with a Doctor of Medicine from Howard University School of Medicine in Washington, DC.
