Neil Jaddou MD has been a practicing physician for over 20 years. He provides comprehensive medical care for adults and children at Somerset Family Medicine SFM. A widely respected member of the Troy and Sterling Heights communities, Dr. Jaddou enjoys working with a diverse group of patients throughout the Detroit area.

Dr. Jaddou graduated with honors from Wayne State University Medical School, which is one of the top medical schools in the country. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at St. John Hospital before transferring to Detroit Medical Center to complete a residency in family practice. Today, Dr. Jaddou is a board-certified family doctor and is a member of the medical staff at Beaumont Troy and Royal Oak, St. John, Henry Ford and DMC hospitals.

Throughout his medical career, Dr. Jaddou has earned many awards and academic distinctions. The Somerset Family Medicine SFM office recently won an award from Genesys Health System for high levels of patient satisfaction.

Dr. Hussen Amen is a board-certified family physician and founder of Amen Family Medicine in Livonia, MI. He earned his medical degree from St. George’s University and completed residency at Trinity Health Livonia, where he trained in full-scope outpatient care, chronic disease management, and sports medicine. He also holds a degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Wayne State University. Dr. Amen treats patients of all ages and performs in-office procedures including joint injections, skin biopsies, ultrasound-guided treatments, and laceration repairs. As someone living with type 1 diabetes, he brings both clinical knowledge and personal experience to patient care. He is committed to compassionate, accessible care and proudly serves the Arabic-speaking community.

Founder, Rachel Lethorn, MS, PA-C, ATC, graduated from Eastern Michigan University, Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's in Sports Medicine, and from Wayne State University with a Master's in Physician Assistant Studies. Sports have always been an important part of Rachel's life. Rachel competed in NCAA Div. I gymnastics for Eastern Michigan University, where she scored the first perfect score in the history of gymnastics at EMU. She has judged gymnastics since 1994, and currently is a National level NAWGJ Judge. Her 20+ years of coaching experience began in Texas, where she is originally from. She has also trained as a sports medicine professional under the USA Gymnastics Team Doctor of Osteopathy and the Chief Medical Officer for Gymnastics Australia, Dr. Don McIntosh. She has been on the volunteer medical staff for USA Nationals and Australian National Gymnastics Competitions. Currently she is the owner of Med Sports Vantage, medical clinic in Brighton, MI.

Dr. Rosenberg has been practicing at Macomb Medical Clinic, P.C. for over 25 years. He is a graduate of M.S.U.-College of Osteopathic Medicine earning his Doctorate of Osteopathy in 1983. He then went on to Oakland General Hospital to serve his Internship and Residency which he completed in 1989. He received his Board Certification with the AOBGP in 1990.  Through the years of service at Macomb Medical Clinic, P.C., Dr. Rosenberg has become very well known by his patients' and now is one of our lead physicians.  Dr. Rosenberg's knowledge of technology has allowed his transition to electronic medical records a smooth process so that patient care can continue to be his first concern through the moving forward in todays medicine.
