Maghal Gorre-Ndiaye, FNP, is a dedicated family nurse practitioner, providing exceptional care to patients of all ages at Primary Care Associates of Maryland, which has locations in Frederick and Clarksburg, Maryland. 

Maghal earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Stevenson University in Owings Mills, Maryland. She then went on to complete her Master of Science in family nurse practitioner at the Chamberlain College of Nursing, located in Downer's Grove, Illinois, where she also completed over 600 hours of clinical training. 

As an experienced nurse, Maghal has worked in several different health care settings, including hospitals and family practice settings in the state of Maryland. She previously worked as a night shift charge nurse at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital in Rockville, Maryland, for several years before taking a position as a family nurse practitioner at Menocal Family Practice in Frederick. 

Maghal is committed to providing accurate assessments, diagnoses, and treatments to her patients to ensure that all of their needs are met and improve their quality of life. 

Michael T. Lin, MD, is a skilled and compassionate physician who leads the team at Fauquier Family Practice, PLC. Dr. Lin is board-certified by the American Board of Family Practice, and has delivered high-quality primary care to patients in Warrenton, Virginia, and the surrounding area since 2001.

For his undergraduate studies, Dr. Lin attended Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia, where he consistently demonstrated academic excellence. He was inducted into the University Honors Program for recognition of his dedication to his studies. Dr. Lin graduated Magna Cum Laude from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.

Dr. Lin completed his Doctor of Medicine at The Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond, Virginia, which is the largest and longest operating medical school in the state.

While at VCU School of Medicine, Dr. Lin continued to excel and further developed his interests in family medicine. He went on to complete the Shenandoah Valley Family Practice Residency program in Front Royal, Virginia, and a Family Practice Faculty Development Fellowship back at VCU.

Dr. Lin serves as an assistant clinical professor at Virginia Commonwealth University and maintains professional affiliations with the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association. He has been published for his work on assessing a possible link between leukemia and exposure to electromagnetic radiation. Melissa Falkowski attended Mount Saint Mary College where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree. Melissa has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare field, including Oncology, Preoperative and Postoperative care, and Operating Room experience. After working for 2 years in the Operating Room with Dr. Desai, Melissa joined the team at International Spine, Pain & Performance Center in 2017. As Chief Operating Officer, Melissa is focused on ensuring all clinical standards are met to guarantee that our patients receive optimal and cutting edge care. Melissa partners with the clinicians at ISPPC to execute our mission statement of being leaders in clinical excellence. Ndubuisi Okafor, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician with over 20 years of experience. At his practice, Okafor Medical Associates, located in Washington, DC, Dr. Okafor offers patients compassionate care for a variety of conditions including chronic disease management, ADHD, and internal medicine concerns as a leading primary care physician.

Dr. Okafor obtained his medical degree from the Howard University Hospital and is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is also specially trained in Advanced Trauma Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support.

Dr. Okafor is a registered Civil Surgeon with the United States Center for Immigration Services, so he can provide Immigration Medical examinations with all the required tests in the facility. In addition, is a Registered Certified Medical Examiner with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, so he can provide medical examination and certification for commercial motor vehicle drivers.

When he is not treating his patients, Dr. Okafor enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing his hobbies which include football, soccer, and running. Dr. Okafor also speaks English, Ibo, Yoruba, and Hausa.

Anise Green, MSN, NP-C, is a board certified Adult Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with a Master's of Science in Nursing from Ursuline College in Pepper Pike, OH. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Cleveland State University. Prior to joining NOVA Physician Wellness Center, Anise worked with a transplant nephrology practice. She has a varied nursing background caring for patients in both the acute and long term care settings. Anise is passionate about reducing health inequalities and promoting a holistic, preventive care model. She focuses on providing individualized care tailored to each patient's weight loss and lifestyle goals. In her leisure time, she enjoys scuba diving, baking, and cuddling her two dogs.

Sheeri Jonnala is an experienced Clinical Dietitian with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry. She is skilled in health promotion, weight management and clinical nutrition. She obtained her Master of Science (MS) focused in Human Nutrition from Drexel University. Sheeri enjoys trying new recipes, traveling and playing with her two girls.
