For over 10 years, I have been combining conventional and innovative methods to modern medicine in order to attain unbelievable healing results for my patients. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Shenandoah University in 2007 with Masters of Science in 2011. She is pursuing a clinical doctorate in Nursing at Gannon University, anticipating graduation in December 2023. Maghal Gorre-Ndiaye, FNP, is a dedicated family nurse practitioner, providing exceptional care to patients of all ages at Primary Care Associates of Maryland, which has locations in Frederick and Clarksburg, Maryland. 

Maghal earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Stevenson University in Owings Mills, Maryland. She then went on to complete her Master of Science in family nurse practitioner at the Chamberlain College of Nursing, located in Downer's Grove, Illinois, where she also completed over 600 hours of clinical training. 

As an experienced nurse, Maghal has worked in several different health care settings, including hospitals and family practice settings in the state of Maryland. She previously worked as a night shift charge nurse at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital in Rockville, Maryland, for several years before taking a position as a family nurse practitioner at Menocal Family Practice in Frederick.

Praveen Bolarum, MD, has over 25 years of experience providing outstanding primary care services. At Primary Care Associates of Maryland, Dr. Bolarum serves patients of all ages at their two locations in Frederick - on Thomas Johnson Drive and Urbana Pike - and in Clarksburg, Maryland.

Daniel Young, RRT, is a registered respiratory therapist conducting personalized pulmonary rehabilitation and coaching through PRO Mizizi-Group, a telehealth practice based in Baltimore, Maryland. Daniel works one-on-one with every patient to support them as they reach their goals. 

Daniel attended Fire Academy in Towson, Maryland, to become an emergency medical technician in 1998. Later, he earned an associate’s degree in respiratory therapy from Baltimore City Community College in Maryland. He’s now a certified respiratory therapist in the state of Maryland. 

Throughout his career, Daniel has held a wide range of positions. After working as an EMT for years, he became a mental health associate and has since held many respiratory therapy positions. He performs detailed clinical assessments, collaborates with other specialists, and has performed challenging interventions like bronchoscopy, artificial airway maintenance, and smoking cessation programs.

At PRO Mizizi-Group, Daniel guides patients through individualized telehealth rehabilitation programs to manage their chronic lung diseases and the impact on their mental health. Although Amy is a native of Main Line Philadelphia, her love of the water brought her to the Eastern Shore after she completed her studies. She lives in Easton with her husband and daughter and enjoys traveling, staying active, and being near the water.

Keeley Diggs, PA-C is a board certified physician assistant and a SDPA diplomate. She has a passion for teaching safe sun habits and the ABCDE’s of melanoma to prevent skin cancer and signs of premature aging. She strives to provide high quality care to improve a patient’s health, self-esteem, and quality of life.

Keeley is an Eastern Shore native who grew up in East New Market, Maryland. She graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelors in Exercise Science, and completed her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at Alderson Broaddus University in Philippi, West Virginia.

When she is not working, Keeley enjoys fostering dogs, walking her Australian shepherd, Crew, and being on the water – boating, hunting and fishing. She is a certified advanced open water scuba diver, an ACSM certified personal trainer and a former Maryland state archery champion.

She is currently completing her Diplomat Fellowship in Dermatology.

Mary Anne graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. She worked as a research biologist for three years with the US Army at Aberdeen Proving Ground in Harford County, Maryland. She then returned to school and completed her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

When she is not working, Mary Anne enjoys spending time with her husband and young son. She loves traveling and reading. She also enjoys painting, drawing and photography.

She continued her PA studies at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in Princess Anne, Maryland. Throughout her time at UMES, Erica was a member of the Golden Key Honor Society and the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, and was featured in Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. She graduated with honors in 2012.
