Joseph Onorato, MD, FAAD, has over 30 years of experience practicing dermatology and is board-certified. In 1995, Dr. Onorato founded All Island Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and Laser Center, which now serves Glen Cove and Garden City, New York.

Dr. Eric Bayer, PT, DPT received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with honors from Thomas Jefferson University in 2008. His Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science was earned at the University of Delaware in 2005. After graduating Physical Therapy school, he moved back home to Long Island, where started his career working in outpatient private practice. He has now been working for Reddy Care Physical Therapy for the past 8 years and has strived to advance his clinical and managerial skills. As the director of the Farmingdale office, he supports a team of 5 people. Prior to PA school she was an EMT for 6 years and volunteered her time at her local Fire/Ambulance company.
