Kali Garcia Malpica (ARNP) one of the founders and Clinical Administrator was born in Matanzas, Cuba. In 2011 her husband and daughter immigrated to the United States. She is fluent in both Spanish and English. Kali attended School of Medicine in Cuba and received her Medical Degree in 2005. In November 2007 she completed the internship and residency program in Family Medicine at University of Matanzas. In July 2014 she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science degree at South University in Savannah Georgia. She holds a national board certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AFNP) as a family nurse practitioner. Kali Garcia Mapica (ARNP) is affiliated to Cleveland Clinic Hospital. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. Kali has been serving her patients for over 18 years.
Deborah Kuiper-Tomas, PA-C, is a Certified Physician Assistant specializing in Family Medicine, Primary Care, Geriatrics, and Dietetic Technology. Deborah also goes by Debi and sees patients at the multi-specialty medical group’s office in Davie, Florida.
Debi completed a Physician Assistant (PA) degree as well as a degree in Dietetic Technology from Miami Dade College located in Miami, Florida, followed by her Master's Degree in Medical Science from Nova Southeastern University (NSU) in Davie.

Luce began her nursing career in 2007. As a nurse practitioner, she has worked in various inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as emergency medicine, internal medicine, family medicine, transplant ICU, telemedicine, HIV management, home health, long-term care, mental health, med-surg, and urgent care.
