Logan T. Vander Woude, DO, MPH, is a board-certified ophthalmologist who is fellowship trained in cataract, cornea, refractive and glaucoma surgery.
Dr. Vander Woude graduated as valedictorian of his medical school class at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL, where he was given the Dean’s Award and was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. He completed his three-year ophthalmology residency at University of Florida in Gainesville, during which he was elected as chief resident. He then completed a one-year dual fellowship in cornea, refractive and glaucoma surgery at Your Eye Specialists in Plantation, FL.
Born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Dr. Vander Woude completed his undergraduate degree at University of Wisconsin-Madison. After which, he completed a Masters in Public Health and Fellowship in Global Health, leading projects in Nepal, India, Ghana, and here in south Florida.

Hector Fabregas, MD, is an experienced primary care and geriatric physician at Healthstone Primary in Weston, Pembroke Pines, and Davie, Florida. During his medical training, he successfully completed a residency in family medicine at Louisiana State University and an extra year of training for a fellowship program in geriatric medicine at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. Liliana Awan, MD, FAAFP, AAFP, is a board-certified family physician at Medical Center of Hollywood in Hollywood, Florida. She values her patients’ well-being and works hard to cater to a wide range of health and wellness needs. In order to serve a broad portion of the population, Dr. Awan is fluent in English, Spanish, and Romanian.
Dr. Awan began her higher education at the University of Denver in Denver, Colorado, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in biology. She then attended Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, for her medical education.
After earning her medical degree, Dr. Awan completed a year of residency training in psychiatry at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, before completing a family practice residency at Virtua Hospital in New Jersey. There, she served as chief resident.
After finishing her training, Dr. Awan quickly settled in Florida and opened Medical Center of Hollywood, her private practice.
