Dr. Melodie Mope, M.D. obtained her medical degree from St. Matthews University School of Medicine, and completed her Residency at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri in Family Medicine. Dr. Mope is also the Family Medicine Clerkship Director for FSU's Orlando Campus. She works closely with medical students and helps teach them the importance of giving quality care to all patients. She received an award in 2019 for “Best of the Best in Patient Experience” as well as Orlando Magazine’s Top Doc award 4 consecutive years in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. She will continue to provide that same “award winning” care to her patients in the community she lives in. Dyan Harvey, DO, is a board-certified physician specializing in cosmetic, medical, and surgical dermatology. She founded Unique Dermatology & Wellness Center, which serves patients in Valrico, Florida, as well as the surrounding areas.
Dr. Harvey is extensively trained in all areas of dermatology and has a particular interest in skin cancer detection and treatment, skin care, acne, and aesthetics. She performs all cosmetic injectable procedures personally.
With experience and training in all skin types, Dr. Harvey remains one of the leading authorities in the treatment of ethnic skin concerns. She is an expert in providing cosmetic and skin care services to people of Asian, Indian, and Latin heritage.
A native of Florida, Dr. Harvey earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and then went on to attend medical school at Nova Southeastern College in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She finished her internship and residency at Wellington Regional Medical Center in South Florida, where she was involved in instructing and training medical students as she worked alongside reputed professionals in the dermatology program. Following her residency, Dr. Harvey pursued additional dermatology training.
Dr. Harvey is currently on the medical staff of South Florida Baptist Hospital and is an active member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Medical Association.

Dr. Nelson is board certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) by the the American Osteopathic Association upon the recommendation of the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. He completed his medical degree at Lincoln Memorial University DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, TN. After medical school, Dr. Nelson completed his residency training in Family Medicine at Largo Medical Center, Largo, FL.
Before joining APC Health, Dr. Nelson served in the United States Air Force as Staff Family Physician and is now a proud Veteran of the United States Armed Forces in good standing.

I have been with Family Medical Group since its inception as one of the original founders of the group. I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Loma Linda University in California and my medical degree from the University of Montemorelos in Mexico. I finished my residency in Family Medicine in 1992 at the University of Southern Illinois in Carbondale where I was Chief Resident. I am board certified in Family Medicine as well as a diplomate of the American Board of Clinical Lipidology. I am a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice. While I am well versed in all aspects of Family Medicine my passion is prevention of Cardiovascular Disease. I enjoy traveling with my wife when I get a chance and gardening during my free time.
Erin Doepke, APRN, is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and licensed in the state of Florida. Erin has been in the medical field in some capacity for 28 years. She had a long career with the fire department, where she retired as a Lieutenant. She has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2020 and has specialized in integrative and functional medicine. Erin is excited to be a part of the South Lake Pain Institute family, as she knows the focus here is holistic and patient centered. Erin is also a mom and grandma, loves everything outdoors, and describes her happy place as the woods. She is a Christian and is active in her home church.
