Pankaj Sriv, MD, FACP, is a board-certified internal medicine physician at Care Rite, PLLC, which has locations in Dyersburg, Halls, and Brentwood, Tennessee. He is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
Dr. Sriv did his medical school in India and residency at the University of New York at Buffalo in 2000. He followed that with cardiology training at the University of Florida at Jacksonville, Florida, in 2001.
Dr. Sriv has practiced medicine in West Tennessee since 2001. He has active staff privileges with Dyersburg Regional Medical Center. He served as Chief of Staff for DRMC for 2008-2009, is Chief of Physician Leadership Group at DRMC, and was elected Fellow.
In recognition of his service to internal medicine, he was recently elected Fellow of the American College of Physicians (ACP). Dr. Sriv is a 2008 Diplomat of the American Academy of Pain Management and is a Certified Clinical Densitometrist.
