“I requested an appointment online, which was accepted, and I received several confirmation texts leading up to my appointment only to be told that they had no record of me after I arrived. The doctor had left for the day so there was no way to accommodate me. I also had called to ask a few questions in advance of requesting an appointment and was told laser hair removal was approximately $105/area/session, but when I requested the same information at my failed appointment, I was told the doctor was working on updating the pricing but it’s roughly $135/area/session.
