Philip M. Bach, MD, FACC, is a board-certified cardiologist and internal medicine physician. Dr. Bach earned his medical degree from Georgetown in Washington, DC. Dr. Eaton earned his medical degree from New York University Grossman School of Medicine, formerly known as the New York University School of Medicine, in the Midtown Manhattan neighborhood of New York City. 

After graduating, Dr. Eaton completed an internship and residency at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, part of Washington University School of Medicine, in St. Louis, Missouri. He also completed a cardiology fellowship at the same university, serving as a researcher and clinical fellow. 

Dr. Eaton is a diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners and a fellow of the American College of Cardiology. At Sacramento Heart & Vascular Medical Associates, he uses his knowledge and expertise to provide his patients with high-quality care.

Priyasheelta (Priya) Nand, MD, is an infectious disease specialist with Touro University Medical Group. In addition, she is a faculty member of Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Medical Center’s Internal Medicine graduate medical education program.

Dr. Nand's goal is to provide compassionate care in the treatment of infectious diseases. She earned her Doctor of Medicine at St. George’s University in Grenada. She then completed her internship and residency at San Joaquin General Hospital in Stockton, California, and her fellowship at Davis Medical Center in Sacramento.

Dr. Nand is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Infectious Disease.

At Touro University Medical Group, Dr. Nand treats many infectious diseases, including fungal and myobacterial infections.

Navneet Kaur, MD, is a rheumatologist at Touro University Medical Group, a medical group with three locations in Stockton, California. The practice is affiliated with Touro University California, College of Osteopathic Medicine. 

Dr. Kaur earned her Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at Government Medical College Amritsar (MAHE) in Amritsar, India. She then relocated to the United States and completed his residency at Jacobi Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. Then she completed her rheumatology fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine, also in New York City.

Dr. Kaur treats a variety of conditions at Touro University Medical Group, including rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, scleroderma, inflammatory myopathy, vasculitis, polymyalgia rheumatica, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, gout, and osteoarthritis.
