Olga Hawkins, DO grew up in Atlanta, GA and is excited to return home to join OB-GYN Associates of Marietta.

Dr. Hawkins graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics and Minor in Spanish from the University of Georgia in Athens. She earned her Master of Science in Preclinical Sciences degree from Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon. She then completed her medical degree at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Suwannee. Dr. Hawkins moved to Orlando, Florida to complete her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Central Florida. While in residency, Dr. Hawkins servedas the academic chief resident, was awarded the AAGL Recognition of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology, and was recognized as a CREOG Scholar for demonstrating excellence in medical knowledge.

Dr. Hawkins is dedicated to providing compassionate patient-centered care to all her patients. She has developed a passion for minimally invasive/robotic gynecologic surgery and obtained her certifications in Fundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery and Da Vinci Robotic Surgery. She looks forward to partnering with the women of Georgia to provide excellent care through all stages of life.

When she is not caring for patients, Dr. Hawkins enjoys spending time with her family and her husband, Zach. She likes being outdoors, reading, trying out new restaurants, and traveling the world.

Courtney Blue, FNP-C, RN, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered women’s health care. Originally from the Lowcountry of Charleston, South Carolina, Courtney has been caring for patients in the Atlanta, Georgia area for more than six years, bringing both clinical expertise and a warm, personalized approach to Ideal Gynecology, LLC.

Courtney earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Charleston Southern University and her Master’s degree from South University in Savannah, Georgia. She began her career in a cardiac step-down unit, where she built a strong clinical foundation caring for patients before and after open-heart surgery. This experience sharpened her attention to detail, critical thinking, and commitment to high-quality care.

She later transitioned into women’s health, where she discovered her passion for supporting women through every stage of life. Courtney focuses on delivering comprehensive care that blends medical expertise with patient education, empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.

Known for her approachable and supportive style, Courtney prioritizes building lasting relationships with her patients and creating a comfortable, welcoming environment. 

Lillian Schapiro, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified gynecologist serving patients at Ideal Gynecology, LLC, with locations in greater Atlanta, Georgia proudly serving the communities of Stockbridge, Conyers, Locust Grove, Hampton, Covington, Jackson, Buckhead, Vinings, Smyrna, Roswell, Alpharetta, Midtown, and Sandy Springs, GA. A real 'people person,' Dr. Schapiro enjoys the fact many of her patients have been with her for years. In addition to staying on top of the latest changes in recommendations for preventive care, she is a leader in offering her patients the most advanced care. Dr. Schapiro has called Atlanta home for over 20 years. A native of Pittsburgh, Pennyslvania, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University. She graduated from Albert Einstein College of Medicine with Honors in Obstetrics and Gynecology and was awarded an International Fellowship to work at a hospital in Kenya. She completed her residency at UNC Chapel Hill, where she served as Chief Resident. Always interested in preventive medicine, she published her research on cervical cancer screening in Bali, Indonesia.

A global women's health advocate, Dr. Schapiro has practiced around the world. As a medical student, she wrote a paper comparing obstetric outcomes in a rural hospital in Kenya with a hospital in the Bronx, New York. As a Chief Resident, she published her original research on cervical cancer screening in Bali, Indonesia. More recently, she received the Caring for Congo Award from the Dikembe Mutombo Foundation for gynecologic surgery performed in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.  Dr. Schapiro was the U.S. leader for Projet Myome and has been on three missions to the DRC helping women with fibroids and training local doctors. She has also trained physicians and birth attendants in Nepal.

Dr. Schapiro believes that every patient is unique, and she enjoys discussing their concerns and coming up with a treatment plan together. Her specialties include irregular bleeding, heavy periods, fertility problems, fibroids, pelvic pain, endometriosis, and incontinence.

Dr. Schapiro is often called upon by CNN as well as local news outlets for her medical expertise.  She maintains a YouTube channel to educate people about women's health.

Dr. Schapiro and her husband, Robert Schapiro, are the parents of three daughters. She is the author of Tick Tock, a novel chronicling her own struggles with infertility. 

Xiaoyan Emma Li is a board-certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner at Ideal Gynecology, LLC. Xiaoyan is dedicated to supporting women throughout Atlanta, Georgia, in their health care.

Xiaoyan Li completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Kennesaw State University. Inspired by her experience as a postpartum nurse, Xiaoyan decided to pursue her Master of Science in nursing at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she specialized in women’s health. After completing her degree, Xiaoyan began working as a women’s health nurse practitioner, providing compassionate care to women across their lifespan.

Xiaoyan provides comprehensive care to gynecological clients. She enjoys taking care of women for annual exams, gynecological problems, hormonal and menopause issues, and contraception. In addition to her clinical skills, Xiaoyan is known for her patient-centered approach to care. She takes the time to listen to her patient’s concerns and works collaboratively with them to develop personalized treatment plans that meet their unique needs.

Outside of her work as a women’s health nurse practitioner, Xiaoyan Li is a devoted mother to her two children. She takes great pride in their accomplishments and enjoys spending quality time with them whenever possible. Xiaoyan is also an animal lover and has two cats who are beloved members of her family. Xiaoyan’s nurturing and caring nature extends beyond her work as a nurse practitioner and is evident in her personal life as well.

Niambi Smith DNP, WHNP-BC is a board certified women’s health nurse practitioner with a passion for enhancing the health and well-being of her community. Niambi received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Howard University and after spending several years working in women’s services across NYC, DMV, and Atlanta, Niambi obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Emory University with a specialization in women’s health. Niambi’s doctoral research focused on improving patient education materials about postpartum depression.

Niambi provides comprehensive gynecologic care, including annual well-woman exams, contraception counseling and management, evaluation and treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding, PCOS, menopause, sexually transmitted infections, and other gynecologic conditions.

Emerald Lovely, MD, FACOG, is a board certified Obstetrician & Gynecologist (OB/GYN) at Lovely OBGYN, a premier obstetrics and gynecology practice in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

Nathan Mordel, MD, is a board-certified gynecological surgeon at Atlanta Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery Center in Atlanta, Georgia. He specializes in advanced robotic, laparoscopic, vaginal pelvic surgery, including for fibroids, endometriosis, heavy and/or painful menstrual periods, pelvic organ prolapse, and urinary incontinence. 

Dr. Mordel received his medical training at Hadassah Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel, graduating with a degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology. After coming to the United States, he completed a residency in Gynecology and Obstetrics and a fellowship in advanced pelvic surgery at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta.

Dr. Mordel has been practicing in Tifton, Georgia, since July of 1998. In 2002, he came back to Atlanta, started AMIGS, and joined the Piedmont Hospital staff. In August 2011 and December 2015 he added Northside Hospital Duluth and Northside Hospital Atlanta, respectively, to his practice sites. He is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and he is a clinical assistant professor of Gynecology and Obstetrics at Emory University Medical School and Medical College of Georgia. He is an active fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.

Dr. Mordel has performed thousands of robotic and laparoscopic cases - over 2,500 hysterectomies and myomectomies for uteri up to 3,000 grams (7 pounds). He has performed over 500 sacrocolpopexies and over 500 excisions of endometriosis. His conversion rate is less than 0.2%. Certain complex cases require multispecialty participation - Dr.Mordel collaborates with robotically trained colorectal, urological and transplant surgeons.

Dr. Jocelyn Slaughter, MD is a board certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist who founded The Healthy Woman -a multi-specialty women's healthcare practice- in 2016. Dr. Slaughter started the practice with a focus on providing safe, comfortable and innovative healthcare for women, while promoting entrepreneurship for Physicians.

There are currently 3 offices in Gwinnett County, GA, with the official franchise and expansion starting in the summer of 2023. Originally from Chicago, Dr. Slaughter received her baccalaureate in 2004 from Howard University, and her doctorate of Medicine from the University of Chicago Pritzker School in Medicine in 2008.

She then ventured to Atlanta, GA to complete her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Grady Memorial Hospital under the Morehouse School of Medicine (c/o 2012). She is a mother of three daughters, ages 9, 5 and 1, and will be celebrating 10 years of marriage with her husband Benjamin Moore this summer.

Dr. Ayaba Worjoloh-Clemens is dedicated to improving the lives of women by providing compassionate, evidence-based, and collaborative care.  With genuine concern for the whole woman, she strives to hear each patient’s story and partner with her on the wellness journey.  Dr. Clemens has many years of experience in different patient settings.  She is happy to relocate to Georgia to be closer to extended family and to align her passions with the mission of The Healthy Woman.

Dr. Clemens is a board-certified obstetrician gynecologist.  After graduating from Stanford University, she earned her medical degree from Duke University and her Masters in Public Health from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. In 2012, she completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at the University of California San Francisco.  She is proud of her medical work and teaching in Mexico, Tanzania, Kenya and Liberia.

Dr. Clemens embraces full scope obstetrics and gynecology with a lifestyle medicine approach.  Dr. Clemens appreciates the complex nature of women’s health and therefore aims to incorporate nutrition, spirituality, movement, community, and complementary medicine.  Her expertise includes high and low risk pregnancies, preconception counseling, colposcopy, menopause and its transitions, fibroids, pelvic pain, evaluation and management of abnormal bleeding, birth control, and well women visits.

When not doctoring, Dr. Clemens loves spending time with her husband, two daughters, extended family and friends.  She also enjoys reading, dancing, gardening, hiking, beaches, travel, learning, and baking.

As an Atlanta native, Dr. Lilibird Pichardo has provided caring and compassionate health care to women of all ages and ethnicities in the metro Atlanta area for several years. She is particularly adept at serving the Hispanic/Latino community and is fluent in Spanish.

Dr. Pichardo completed her undergraduate education at Emory University in Atlanta. She later attended medical school at the Morehouse School of Medicine, also in Atlanta. She then completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, NY, and had the distinct honor of serving as administrative chief resident. Afterward, she happily returned home to Georgia to continue her practice.

Dr. Pichardo's interests include high-risk obstetrics, medical management of common gynecologic issues, contraception, and family planning. In her practice, Dr. Pichardo focuses on caring for the whole woman, providing comprehensive health care to patients from adolescence, through pregnancies, and into the menopausal years.
