Dr. Bienkowski earned his medical degree at the Academy of Medicine in Wroclaw, Poland, where he graduated in 1982. Dr. Bienkowski later completed his residency at St. Agnes Hospital and the University of Maryland Hospital in 1986. Although he has studied all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology during his career, his primary areas of interest include endometrial ablation, natural hormone therapy, and menopause. In his spare time, Dr. Bienkowski enjoys reading, sports, and travel. He has 2 children.
Dr. Bienkowski has decades of experience in obstetrics and gynecology. He is no longer performing deliveries at this time, but he provides other valuable services to patients. RADHA RANI PADHY, MD, MPH, FACOG-MIGS, joined Capital Women's Care (Division 33) in Frederick, MD in September 2022.
Dr. Padhy graduated from the American University of Antigua in 2014, and completed her residency in 2018 at Hofstra University/Northwell Medical Center in Staten Island, NY. She then earned a Masters in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. In 2024, Dr. Padhy was certified as a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon (MIGS) by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG).
Dr. Padhy has a passion for the treatment of endometriosis, fibroids, pelvic adhesive disease, chronic pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, infertility, menopause and bladder issues. She also works with Gynecologic Oncologists for gynecologic cancer management and care.
Dr. Padhy treats and welcomes patients for routine obstetric and gynecologic care. In her free time, Dr. Padhy enjoys making jokes, dancing with her husband, walking her dogs, and running after her two small children.

Dr. Gerrit Schipper is a dedicated member of the staff at Capital Women’s Care. Although he is no longer performing deliveries, he offers a number of other valuable services to patients in and around the area of Mount Airy and Frederick, Maryland.
Before beginning his career in Maryland, Dr. Schipper attended the Universidad Autonoma De Guadalajara in Zapopan, Mexico. He graduated from university in 1979 and obtained his medical degree from the Track V Program at the University of Maryland Medical School. Dr. Schipper completed both his internship and residency at South Baltimore General Hospital. He is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
During his medical training, Dr. Schipper studied the fields of obstetrics and gynecology in detail. His areas of interest include vaginal surgery, operative laparoscopy, female incontinence, and pelvic floor disorders.
