Dr. Chen OB-GYN P.A. in Coconut Creek, Florida, caters to women of all ages and provides comprehensive women’s health and pregnancy care with compassion and skill. Kir-Wei Chen, MD and the medical team provide a comfortable environment for routine gynecology visits, prenatal care, and treatment of STDs, incontinence, infertility, and menopause symptoms.

Colette Brown-Graham, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology who provides patients with skilled and dedicated care at Complete Healthcare for Women in Wellington, Florida.
Dr. Brown-Graham graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, and earned her medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine in Miami. She then relocated to Boston, where she completed her OB/GYN internship and residency at Boston City Hospital, and earned an additional Master of Public Health degree with a concentration in maternal child health from the Harvard School of Public Health.
Dr. Brown-Graham has served on the faculty at the University of Rochester’s Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York, and served on the Medical Executive Committee at Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, Florida, where she was previously the Chairman of the OB/GYN department. She maintains staff positions at Wellington Regional Medical Center and Palms West Hospital in Loxahatchee, Florida, and is a diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners. Dr. Brown-Graham is a member of the Palm Beach Medical Society and T LeRoy Jefferson Medical Society.
In her practice, Dr. Brown-Graham likes to stay at the forefront of advances in obstetric and gynecologic care and has extensive knowledge in the latest techniques in robotic surgery and operative hysteroscopy. Dr. Patel earned both her Bachelor of Science and her Doctor of Medicine degrees from the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri. She completed her internship and residency at the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami and joined Complete Healthcare for Women in 1999 after completing rigorous training in obstetrics and gynecology.
Dr. Patel is a Board Certified Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Florida Obstetricians and Gynecologists Society, the Palm Beach County Medical Association, the Palm Beach County Obstetricians and Gynecologists Society, and the William A. Douglas Smith, DO, of Gemini OBGYN in Pembroke Pines, FL, grew up in Philadelphia and practiced there for 6 years. He and Dr. Goldberg shared residencies at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, after they both attended Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In 2003, Dr. Smith moved to Weston and partnered with Dr. Goldberg in their medical practice. The 2 share a commitment to a “patients first” philosophy of health care.
Dr. Smith is currently the Chief of Staff at Memorial Hospital West. Previously he served as Department of OB/GYN Chief and Secretary/Treasurer of the hospital.
Dr. Smith enjoys the South Florida active outdoor lifestyle with his wife, Lori, and their two sons. He’s an avid golfer and swimmer.
Dr. Naomi Ufberg received her BA from New York University in 2004 and a Masters in Public Health from UC Berkeley in 2006. She went on to continue her studies at Sackler School of Medicine, Tel Aviv University where she received her MD in 2010.
Dr. Ufberg completed her residency in OB/GYN at the Hofstra North Shore/LIJSchool of Medicine. Here she received the award for excellence in teaching and education. She has remained passionate about educating women from the teen years through childbearing years and on through perimenopause and menopause; helping them to understand and take charge of their reproductive health. She has had the fortune of working in the field of maternal health with various populations abroad including Haiti, Guatemala, Thailand and Israel.
Dr Ufberg is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. After completing her residency training she worked in private practice in New York City for several years before moving to Florida in 2017. Since then she has been serving the South Florida community.
Dr. Ufberg is committed to creating a comfortable and open environment for her patients to receive comprehensive care.
Charla O’Neil, ARNP, CNM, is a Certified Nurse Midwife and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner at Mira Women’s Health & Midwifery in Boca Raton, Florida.
Charla has been a Certified Nurse Midwife for over 29 years and has a wealth of knowledge in caring for women of all ages. She performs hospital births and full-scope obstetrics and gynecology.
Her past experience includes teaching obstetrics in nursing school, building a midwifery service in a hospital setting, being director of midwifery for a hospitalist group, and private practice.
She has an outstanding academic background that includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington and a Master of Science degree (Cum Laude) from the University of Illinois. Her residency was in Midwifery at Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois.
Charla is board-certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB) and is a certified first assistant in obstetrical and gynecology surgery. She is licensed as an Advanced Registered Practice Nurse in the state of Florida, specializing in midwifery.
Charla’s specialty training includes office colposcopy, minor gynecological procedures, circumcisions, diabetes, ultrasound, 3D ultrasounds, and vaginal birth after a C-section (VBAC).
Charla is married to her wonderful husband George and has raised two successful and beautiful children. She is active as the lead voice cantor in her church at St. Gabriel’s in Pompano beach along with many other volunteer activities. Baking ALL kinds of cakes, cookies, desserts and candies is a passion in her limited free time. She also is active in pilates, hot yoga and outdoor sports. Her favorite color is twilight blue and she is an avid sports fan.
Charla has always been an advocate for her patients and understands the importance of continuity of care. She believes midwifery care provides excellent education to all patients. She also believes in collaboration of care with physicians and maintains excellent relationships and consultation with both physicians in the practice.

Dr. Silfen completed his undergraduate education at Baylor University and received his Medical Degree from the University of South Alabama. He completed his residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital/Case Western Reserve University where he received specialized training in his areas of expertise. Dr. Silfen is board certified from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is currently on staff at West Boca Medical Center and the Boca Raton Outpatient Surgery and Laser Center. He is currently an Affilate Assistant Physician at Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine, at Florida Atlantic University and has practiced in Boca Raton for the past 28 years.
Emily Woodbury, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN physician at Mira Women’s Health & Midwifery in Boca Raton, Florida. She’s known for her comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology knowledge, compassionate patient care, and warm bedside manner.
Dr. Woodbury was born into a family of physicians and knew from age 4 that she wanted to study medicine. She graduated summa cum laude from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, with a bachelor’s degree in international affairs and science. She attended medical school at Columbia University in New York City, New York, and earned several prestigious research awards.
Dr. Woodbury fell in love with obstetrics and gynecology while studying under some of the best OB/GYNs in the world and working with midwives in locations worldwide, including India, Ghana, and London. She flourished in the OB/GYN field and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
Dr. Woodbury completed her OB/GYN residency at Cornell University in New York, earning additional certification in the da Vinci® robotic surgical system. She has many years of private practice experience treating women from all walks of life and has gained thousands of patients’ trust. She also delivered babies at Mount Sinai West Hospital in New York City.
At Mira Women’s Health & Midwifery, Dr. Woodbury offers comprehensive OB/GYN services, including well-woman exams, prenatal care, and diagnosis and treatment of conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), vaginitis, ovarian cysts, and uterine fibroids.

Kenneth Konsker, MD, FACOG, delivers expert obstetrics and gynecology care at Mira Women’s Health & Midwifery’s offices in Boca Raton, Florida. Dr. Konsker specializes in minimally invasive gynecological surgery and in-office procedures, using his exceptional skills and experience to minimize discomfort and resolve women’s health problems.
Dr. Konsker graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts, with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry. He received the Max Tischler Scholarship in chemistry and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Medical Society. Dr. Konsker attended medical school at the prestigious Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, New York and remained there for his residency.
In addition to his work at Mira Women’s Health & Midwifery, Dr. Konsker teaches other doctors to perform procedures like loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) cone biopsies, hysteroscopies, NovaSure® endometrial ablation, and Myosure® myomectomy in a safe office setting.

Dr. Robert C. Siudmak is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist with over 40 years of experience in comprehensive OB/GYN care. Throughout his career, he has successfully performed thousands of gynecological and obstetric procedures.
Since 1985, Dr. Siudmak has served the South Florida community through his private practice, Total Women’s Healthcare, with locations in Hollywood and Pembroke Pines. His approach to women’s health is rooted in conservative intervention and organ preservation, delivered in a compassionate and patient-centered environment that generations of families have come to trust.
Dr. Siudmak earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Fordham University in New York and received his medical degree from New York Medical College in 1977. He completed his OB/GYN residency at New York Medical College before opening his first private practice in Manhattan. He later relocated to Florida, where he has continued to practice with dedication and care.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Siudmak has delivered more than 18,000 babies. He also serves as Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Central Florida, in Orlando, Florida, and is Visiting Professor of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine at Reproductive Medical Center Renji Hospital in Shanghai, China.He graduated from Temple School of Medicine, was a resident in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, completing a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Southern California, in Los Angeles, CA and his Masters in Medical Management from Tulane University, School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine in New Orlean, Louisiana. Dr Lindheim is currently board-certified in both Ob/Gyn and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. He previously served on the Board of Directors for ASRM as Past-President for the Society of Reproductive Surgeons. Dr. Lindheim has a major interest in In Vitro Fertilization, oocyte donation, embryo donation, and surrogacy. He is a well-recognized expert in the field of minimally invasive reproductive surgery and has over 300 scientific publications and book chapters and is an Associate Editor for Fertility Sterility and Gynecologic Obstetric Investigation. His research focuses on embryo implantation, minimally invasive reproductive surgery, and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS).
