La Dra. Liza Lizárraga es egresada de la Universidad Latina de Panamá, en la República de Panamá. Completó su formación de residencia en Ginecología y Obstetricia en el Centro Médico Morristown-Atlantic Health System, un afiliado de Sidney Kimmel Medical College en la Universidad Thomas Jefferson.
