Dr. Morris was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, and received her Bachelor of Arts in molecular, cellular, and developmental biology from the University of Colorado Boulder. She graduated from The Sackler School of Medicine New York State/American Program of Tel Aviv University and did her residency training at Mount Sinai West and Mount Sinai St. Luke’s in New York City. She was an administrative chief resident and received awards for teaching and pelvic surgery. After her residency, she remained in New York as faculty at Mount Sinai Hospital. In addition, she worked at St John’s Riverside Hospital in association with Hudson River Healthcare.
Dr. Morris moved to Atlanta and joined North Atlanta Women’s Specialists in 2018. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Some of her interests include, but are not limited to, both low and high-risk obstetrics, infertility, adolescent gynecology, contraceptive management, and minimally invasive gynecological surgery. With two children conceived with IVF, she has a deep interest in infertility and helping others through their fertility journey and beyond.
Dr. Morris is married and has three children- two of whom were delivered at Northside Hospital in Atlanta. She enjoys spending time with family, cooking, spinning, traveling, and photography.

Indu Stacey Anand, MD, is an experienced OB/GYN at North Atlanta Women's Specialists. She proudly provides care to patients at the East Cobb office in Marietta, as well as the Midtown and Northside offices in Atlanta.
Dr. Anand grew up in Clemson, South Carolina, and received her undergraduate degree from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina in 1990. She went on to attend Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where she received her medical doctorate in 1994. She then completed her residency in general obstetrics and gynecology from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in 1998.
After holding a faculty position at the University of Tennessee-Memphis, Dr. Anand joined North Atlanta Women's Specialists in 2004 where she has been practicing general OB/GYN. In 2020 she completed a fellowship at The Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine and enjoys empowering her patients to optimize their health and wellbeing through evidence-based integrative approaches. She is additionally a member of the North American Menopause Society and takes a special interest in helping women transition through perimenopause and menopause.
When not working, Dr. Anand enjoys spending time with her husband and their daughter.
Ngozi Monu, MD, PhD, is excited to be a part of North Atlanta Women’s Specialists and considers it a great privilege to provide excellent care and full spectrum obstetrics and gynecology to women in all stages of life. Dr. Monu received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Howard University in Washington, D.C. She went on to obtain a PhD degree from New York University (NYU) in the field of Cell Biology with research focused on Cellular Immunology and Cancer Immunotherapy and then completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Cancer Institute, NYU School of Medicine.
Dr. Monu decided to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a physician and attended medical school at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City. “I had a new patient appointment today. My appointment was set for 10am. When I arrived the lobby was fuller than Grady ER waiting room!! You could hear a patient outside of the office cursing someone out on her cell phone. I was not called until 12:45pm. The staff and the patients are very ghetto. The girl at the front desk told me to sit in the back and wait for the triage nurse to come take my blood pressure and weight. When I got to the back there was a girl waiting already. There was also a girl with The nurse already and she was talking to the nurse about something personal and she was just sitting in the chair cursing up a storm and the nurse was fully ingaged as if they were relatives. The nurse came in and said who was here 1st!! I said I thought you were supposed to know who goes next!! I didn't get to see the doctor until 1:15pm and my appointment was at 10am. The doctor is pleasant and seems very knowledgeable about his practice however if you can find another facility I would highly recommend that you go there. Unless you don't mind the ghetto unprofessionalism, waiting 3 to 4 hours to be seen, and listening to vulgar and demeaning conversations then you won't have any issues coming here.”

Julie Zimmermann, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist with over 28 years of experience at Georgia Obstetrics and Gynecology in Atlanta and Alpharetta, Georgia. Dr. Zimmermann started her educational journey with an undergraduate degree at Davidson College in North Carolina. She then moved to Atlanta to earn her medical degree at Emory University.
Before returning to Atlanta to join the team at Georgia Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Zimmermann completed her OB/GYN residency in the Bronx, New York, at Albert Einstein College of Medicine Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Zimmermann is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
When she’s not at work, Dr. Zimmermann enjoys theater, music, and spending time with her family.
Nicole Blackburn MD, FACOG, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist at Georgia Obstetrics and Gynecology in Atlanta and Alpharetta, Georgia. A long-time resident of the Orlando, Florida area, Dr. Blackburn earned both her undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of Florida in Gainesville. She moved to Atlanta to complete her OB/GYN residency training at Emory University. After residency, she joined the physicians at Georgia Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Blackburn welcomes all types of obstetric and gynecologic patients. She particularly loves building long term doctor-patient relationships, from assisting with their contraceptive needs, to delivering their babies, to guiding them through menopause.
Dr. Blackburn has three little boys and two dogs. She enjoys cooking, watching college football, and spending time with her family.
