“Dr. Berkeley was kind and helpful. My experience with my ultrasound tech was frustrating. I was treated like the last patient of the day-everything was rushed from the moment we walked in. My boys (whom were very excited about the ultrasound) were discouraged from being part of the process at all-instead I was told to let them play with noisy toys in the corner, that this was “boring”. An appointment which should’ve been a sweet time was chaotic, loud, & hurried. I left overstimulated and sad.”
