Born and raised in the Lehigh Valley, Mary Greiss-Coult, DO, FACOOG, founded Seasons of Life Obstetrics & Gynecology in Allentown, Pennsylvania in 2011.
After graduating from Brandywine Heights High School in Topton, Pennsylvania, Dr. Greiss-Coult earned her Bachelor of Science in chemistry from Ursinus College in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. While completing her medical degree at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, she received an additional fellowship year of training in osteopathic manipulative medicine. After graduation, she returned to the Lehigh Valley and completed a rotating internship and OB/GYN residency at St. Luke’s Hospital in Allentown and Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Greiss-Coult develops long-lasting and close relationships with her patients. She provides specialized surgical care and minimally invasive surgery techniques in treating various gynecological issues. She loves delivering babies and educating women about how amazing their bodies are. She also provides osteopathic manipulative treatment to her patients.
Dr. Greiss-Coult is board-certified in OB/GYN and a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She was recognized by St. Luke’s Hospital as an honoree in OB/GYN Residency Program and for the OB/GYN Department Faculty Teaching Award. She is also an active participant with OB/GYN residents and medical students at St. Luke’s Hospital and Health Network.
During her free time, Dr. Greiss-Coult enjoys raising her three sons at her farmhouse in Coopersburg, Pennsylvania, cooking, and playing tennis.

Stephanie Eckert, DO, FACOOG, is a highly trained addition to the Seasons of Life Obstetrics & Gynecology in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Eckert graduated from Hazleton High School in Hazleton, Pennsylvania, before earning her Bachelor of Science in biology from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. She received her medical training at Philadelphia College of Medicine, earning her doctor of osteopathic medicine degree. During her internship at City Avenue Hospital, Dr. Eckert was named the Intern of the Year. She moved to the Lehigh Valley and completed her residency program in obstetrics and gynecology at St. Luke’s Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Eckert has always wanted to be a doctor and loves helping people become their healthiest and their happiest in all stages of life. She finds being a doctor very rewarding when she sees how she can help women get and stay healthy.
She actively participates with the OB/GYN residents and medical students at St. Luke’s Hospital and Health Network. She has been trained in minimally invasive surgery, in-office surgical procedures, and incontinence procedures.
She is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetrics and Gynecologists. Dr. Eckert is married and lives with her husband and three sons in Center Valley, Pennsylvania. She enjoys reading, traveling, and going to concerts with her family.
Emily Cisek, DO, FACOOG, is an experienced and educated member of Seasons of Life Obstetrics & Gynecology in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Cisek started out in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, graduating from Gwynedd Mercy High School in Gwynedd Valley, Pennsylvania. She pursued her Bachelor of Science in neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Cisek then traveled to Philadelphia to earn her medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her OB/GYN residency program at St. Luke’s Hospital in Allentown and Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. She then began dedicating her time to the National Health Services Corps at Milwaukee Health Services in Milwaukee.
Dr. Cisek moved to Massachusetts after being named medical director at Southcoast Obstetrics and Gynecology in Fall River, Massachusetts. She then returned to the Lehigh Valley with her husband to raise their son and daughter closer to family and friends and accepted a position with Seasons of Life Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Dr. Cisek wants her patients to feel comfortable and open with her. She understands how important building a close relationship with patients also builds a strong trust. This helps a woman become strong and confident in her decisions.
She works closely with the medical students and OB/GYN residents at St. Luke’s Hospital and Health Network. She received additional training in bioidentical hormone replacement therapies, advanced laparoscopy, and minimally invasive surgery. She also focuses on lactation and breastfeeding difficulties.
In her free time, Dr. Cisek enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, traveling, and baking.
Susan Probst, MD, leads Berk's Womens Health in Reading, Pennsylvania. As a classically trained physician, Dr. Probst specializes in obstetrics, gynecology, and women's wellness but she has long developed an interest in holistic care and natural medicine. Now all the practicioners lend this philosophy into their care. She’s also the only practitioner in the Reading area who offers vaginal rejuvenation with MonaLisa Touch® laser therapy.
Dr. Probst earned her medical degree at Temple University in Philadelphia. She then moved to Reading for her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Reading Hospital and Medical Center. She has long developed an interest in holistic care and natural medicine, which she and her practitioners blend into their care.
Dr. Probst is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and enjoys hospital privileges at the Reading Hospital and Medical Center, Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center, and the Surgery Institute of Reading, also located in Reading.
