Dr. Manish Gopal brings extensive expertise to treating women with pelvic floor disorders at the Center for Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery, with locations in Somerset and Freehold, New Jersey.

The opportunity to make a dramatic impact on a woman’s quality of life inspired him to pursue urogynecology. Dr. Gopal’s training covers all forms of medical and surgical treatment for women with pelvic floor disorders.

Dr. Gopal graduated from the MCP Hahnemann School of Medicine in Philadelphia and completed his residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, also in Philadelphia. Dr. Gopal recently finished an accredited fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, a premier women’s health program.

He has received funding from the National Institutes of Health for the investigation of geriatric epidemiology and completed a master’s degree in clinical epidemiology from the University of Pennsylvania. He has a special interest in minimally invasive surgical techniques, and the AAGL, formerly the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, has recognized him for surgical excellence.

She earned her medical degree from The George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington D.C., where she was the recipient of the Rachel Morris Dominick Award. Paul Matta, DO, brings a wealth of experience and skills to his role as the medical director and CEO at Advanced Perinatal Associates in Manalapan and Little Silver, New Jersey.

Sagar Patel, MD, OBGYN has obstetrics and gynecology in his genes. Born and raised in New Jersey as the son of a well-respected OBGYN, Dr. Patel now offers board-certified obstetric and gynecological services to all women in Monmouth County and surrounding areas at his private practice in Holmdel, New Jersey.

A true Jersey boy, Dr. Patel completed his entire medical training at some of the Garden State's most distinguished academic institutions. After graduating with distinction from Stevens Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science, Dr. Patel finished his medical degree at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.

He remained at Robert Wood Johnson to complete his residency, where he was honored all four years with the prestigious Best Teacher Award and named Chief Resident in 2008.

Rahab Khalil, MD, founded Women's Medical Connection in 2005 to provide personalized obstetrics and gynecological care to the women in Holmdel, New Jersey.

Dr. Khalil began her premedical and graduate medical education at Cairo University’s School of Medicine in Egypt where she obtained her bachelor’s of medicine and surgery degrees. Alecia Giovinazzo is a board certified doctor in obstetrics and gynecology. She did her residency in ob/gyn at Richmond University Medical Center hospital and started her own practice in 2005. She has professional experience in general ob/gyn, advanced laparoscopy, and high risk pregnancy. Dr. Giovinazzo has received awards for her efforts in clinical teaching and for her expertise in laparoscopic surgery. Grace C. Iparraguirre, MD, is a compassionate and dedicated OB/GYN physician committed to

As a practicing OB/GYN with more than 17 years of experience, Elizabeth Ramirez, MD, FACOG, is proud to provide health care to women at every stage of their lives at Jersey Women’s Care Center in Jersey City and Fair Lawn, New Jersey. At the practice, she speaks both English and Spanish.

Dr. Ramirez completed her higher education upon graduating from Universidad Central del Este, in the Dominican Republic, in 1993. From there, she returned to the United States and began her surgical fellowship at North Shore University Hospital, affiliated with Hofstra University, located in Manhasset, New York. She continued her residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center in the OB/GYN Department, where she became the administrative chief resident.

Huiying Hou, MD, has been practicing as an OB/GYN at Jersey Women’s Care Center in Fair Lawn and Jersey City, New Jersey, since 2015. She was selected to work as an OB/GYN at Jersey Women’s Care Center from the highly prestigious Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program at the Cleveland Clinic, ending her fourth year in residency in 2015.

Before immigrating to the United States, Dr. Esiely was a physician in Egypt where he received his medical degree from Cairo University. As an attending physician, he focused his skills on keeping students knowledgeable as they studied, lectured, and traveled the world.

In the United States, Dr. Esiely completed his residency at New York’s Mount Sinai School of Medicine, where he was chief resident. He became a certified practitioner of the da Vinci® surgical system in 2012, a robotic system used to perform minimally invasive surgical procedures.
