She also manages contraception, hormone replacement, fertility, and menopause as well as a wide range of gynecologic issues including abnormal bleeding, ovarian cysts, and fibroids.
Dr. Monard earned a B.S. in Pharmacology from the University of California at Santa Barbara. She received her medical degree from Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine in Pennsylvania. She went on to complete her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center.
Dr. Monard is from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In her free time she enjoys going to the beach, reading, cooking, and spending time with her pug, Hamlet.
Dr Ruiz, MD, FACOG, is board certified in OB-GYN. Her goal is to provide comprehensive gynecologic care to women in every stage of life. She strives to collaborate with her patients to provide compassionate individualized care that meets their needs and expectations while achieving optimal outcomes.
Dr. Ruiz earned her undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. She completed her OB-GYN training at the State University of New York at Buffalo, NY.
She has been caring for women in the Tampa Bay area since 1993. Her areas of interest are minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, with particular specialty in the management of pelvic organ prolapse. She also manages menopause, hormone replacement therapy, contraception, adolescent gynecology as well as a wide range of gynecologic issues, such as abnormal bleeding, fibroids, pelvic pain and ovarian cysts.

Dr. Spring is dedicated to caring for women through every stage of life. She takes a personalized approach to medicine, taking time to understand each patient’s goals and concerns. By fostering strong, lasting relationships, she empowers her patients to take an active role in their healthcare journey.
She has a special interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, including robotic and vaginal procedures, and is passionate about caring for women with pelvic organ prolapse and urinary concerns. A Michigan native, Dr. Spring earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology from Michigan State University before attending medical school at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She then completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Henry Ford Providence Hospital in Detroit. Having spent much of her life visiting Florida, she is thrilled to now call it home, and looks forward to caring for its residents.
Dr. Reut Bardach is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist and the founder of Orange Blossom Women’s Group & Aesthetics. She is passionate about delivering personalized, high-quality care across all stages of a woman’s life, with a focus on both healthy and high-risk pregnancies, as well as advanced gynecological care.
In addition to providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services, Dr. Bardach has advanced expertise in robotic-assisted gynecologic surgery, offering minimally invasive options for faster recovery and better outcomes. Her care philosophy centers around prioritizing her patients’ needs, ensuring timely, compassionate, and thorough care with an emphasis on patient satisfaction.
Dr. Bardach earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida in 2000 and her medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in 2008. She completed her residency training at St. John Hospital and Medical Center, where she gained extensive experience in both general and high-risk OB-GYN care.

Dr. Doris Ramirez Nessetti is a second generation Obstetrician Gynecologist who brings a tremendous amount of compassion and dedication to every patient she treats. She graduated from the University of Houston with a B.S. in Biology. Dr. Ramirez Nessetti followed her fathers footsteps to pursue a career in Obstetrics Gynecology, hoping to receive the same gratification her father enjoyed throughout his years of practice. She received her M.D. from New York Medical College in 1999.
Dr. Doris Nessetti provides women’s health services, aesthetics, and integrated care for women of all ages. She was a DaVinci trained robotic surgeon. She takes pride in her knowledge and commitment to preventative care for her patients. Dr. Doris Nessetti has invested a lot of training in women’s health and started her interest in antiaging in 2016. Michael Swor, MD, FPMRS is a well-known top-ranked gynecologist who has been serving women of all ages in and around Sarasota, Florida, for over 25 years. He founded Swor Women’s Care to provide the highest-quality, patient-focused gynecological care for every stage of a woman’s life.
Dr. Swor earned his medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine and completed his OB/GYN specialty training at the University of Florida in Jacksonville. Since then, Dr. Swor has continued to study and expand his expertise with emerging best practices and technologies. He is double board-certified in OBGYN and female reconstructive surgery and was one of few gynecologists in the country certified in MIGS, minimally-invasive gyn surgery. Dr. Lichon (she/her) is a board-certified OB/GYN, recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOOG). She provides comprehensive, evidence-based obstetric and gynecologic care to patients of all ages, with a particular passion for supporting women through all stages of reproductive health.
Dr. Lichon has special expertise in perimenopausal and menopausal care and is one of the few physicians in the area certified as a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) by the National Menopause Society. Dr. Lichon earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science from Michigan State University (Go Green!) and completed her medical degree at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) in Bradenton, Florida. She returned to Michigan to complete her OB/GYN residency at Beaumont Hospital in Trenton.
Dr. Lichon specializes in advanced laparoscopic and robotic gynecological surgeries, addressing conditions such as endometriosis, ovarian cysts, uterine fibroids, tubal sterilization and performing hysterectomies. Lyvie-Sara Sylvestre, MD, is an OB/GYN serving patients at Sarasota OB/GYN Associates, with two locations in Sarasota and Port Charlotte, Florida. Known for her charismatic nature, she is a life-long learner who practices patient-centered, evidence-based medicine.
Originally from Haiti, Dr. Sylvestre has called Florida her home since moving to the United States as a teenager. She earned her Bachelor of Science in interdisciplinary studies with a specialization in integrative biology from the University of Florida. She then graduated with her Master of Science in biomedical sciences and her medical degree from Florida State University College of Medicine. Finally, she completed her OB/GYN residency at Bayfront Health in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Dr. Sylvestre has special interests in high-risk obstetrics, benign gynecology, minimally invasive gynecological surgery (including laparoscopy and robotic surgery), office procedures, and preventive medicine. She is a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, American Medical Association, and Society of Gynecologic Surgeons.
Outside of work, Dr. Sylvestre enjoys traveling, learning different languages and cultures, playing multiple musical instruments and sports, web designing, participating in community service, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Cohen has been providing excellent obstetrics and gynecology services to his patients in Sarasota since 1996. He is a board-certified Gynecologist and a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is currently the Medical Director for the Venice and Sarasota Medical Pregnancy Centers, which are non-profit pregnancy counseling services, assisting pregnant women in need or crisis. Dr. Cohen has been married for 28 years and has 2 grown children. He enjoys an active dedication to his church and faith-based activities.
