Adam Fechner, MD, is a double board-certified OB/GYN practicing at University Reproductive Associates in Hasbrouck Heights, Wayne, and Millburn, New Jersey, and Goshen, New York. Caroline Paster graduated from the Midwifery Education Program at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, where she received the Spirit of Midwifery Award along with Clinical and Academic Excellence Awards. Caroline received her Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience and Women’s Studies from Syracuse University and completed a post-baccalaureate at New York University. Caroline previously worked as a midwife at Coney Island Hospital servicing a diverse population of patients. She was recently awarded the 2016 Outstanding Preceptor Award from the American College of Nurse Midwives. Caroline thoroughly enjoys her work in obstetrics and gynecology and is also involved in training student midwives.

Dr. Paula Brignoni-Blume provides health care services for women at SoHo Gynecology in New York City’s SoHo district. She completed her undergraduate degree at Union College in Schenectady, New York, then went on to earn her Master of Public Health and her medical degree from St. George’s University. Dr. Brignoni-Blume completed her OB/GYN residency at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, Long Island. As chief resident she was the recipient of the AAGL award for her laparoscopy skills.
