Adam Fechner, MD, is a double board-certified OB/GYN practicing at University Reproductive Associates in Hasbrouck Heights, Wayne, and Millburn, New Jersey. He specializes in endometriosis, recurrent pregnancy loss, uterine fibroids, in vitro fertilization, polycystic ovary syndrome, and minimally invasive reproductive surgery.
Dr. Fechner earned his bachelor’s degree at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and his Doctorate of Medicine at New Jersey Medical School in Newark, New Jersey. He also completed an OB/GYN residency and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility fellowship at New Jersey Medical School.
