Lana Powell, MD, provides personalized care to her patients at Comprehensive Women’s Health, with locations in Oxford and Birmingham, Michigan. She is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist with more than 20 years of experience.

A Michigan native, Dr. Powell has remained in her home state throughout her career. She attended the Wayne State University of Medicine in Detroit and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, where she continues to be a part of the attending staff. She was also previously a faculty physician at the University of Michigan, specializing in general obstetrics and gynecology.

Dr. Powell is known for having a very warm bedside manner and making her patients feel at home. Megan Nelson, MSN, CNM, is a certified nurse-midwife on the team at Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology, P.C. She cares for patients throughout Rochester Hills, Troy, and Lenox, Michigan.

Megan completed her Master of Science in Nurse Midwifery at the University of Michigan. Prior to earning her Master's degree, she received her Associate of Science in Nursing from Palomar College in California and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boise State University. During her time in California, Megan served as a volunteer doula. She also worked as a labor and delivery nurse at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, Michigan, from 2019 to 2022.

Deepthi Lingam, MD, is an OB/GYN at Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology, P.C., which has locations in Rochester Hills and Troy, Michigan. Dr. Chae was born in South Korea and moved to Canada with her family at a young age. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Biotechnology at University of Windsor where she also received her Master of Business Administration which she completed in Rouen, France. She worked in hospital administration in Toronto before pursuing her medical degree at Wayne State University School of Medicine.

During her medical school, she was recognized for her service to the community and received the Leonard Tow Humanism in Medicine Award for her compassion in delivery of care, respect for patients and their families. She completed her residency at Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak and was active in the Michigan Section of American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Chae is passionate about women’s health and empowering women through education and advocacy. She enjoys taking care of patients at all stages of life. Her clinical interests include minimally invasive surgical techniques including robotic surgery, general and high risk obstetrics, contraception counseling and menstrual irregularities. She values providing individualized care and shared-decision making with her patients.
