Craig M. Linder, MD, FACOG, is a caring, compassionate, and dedicated women's health care physician practicing obstetrics and gynecology at the FemmPro OB/GYN locations in Garden City and Massapequa, New York. Dr. Linder has more than thirty years of experience serving women in the community. 

A highly grounded professional, he is known for his mild manner and lightheartedness, with a unique ability to put patients and their families at ease. Above all, he focuses his practice on delivering top quality health care to women. 

Dr. Linder earned his Bachelor of Science in biology at SUNY Stony Brook, located in Stony Brook, New York. Then, he attended the Medical Academy of Wroclaw in Wroclaw, Poland, where he completed his medical doctorate. Dr. Linder completed his obstetrics and gynecology internship/residency at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Jamaica, Queens. He is currently a Fellow of both the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology and the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology.

Alisha Sial, RPA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant who specializes in women’s health and wellness. She joins our team of seasoned providers that make up FemmPro OB/GYN, practicing in our Massapequa office. A compassionate professional committed to the health of women at every life stage by providing thorough and efficient patient education, Alisha's background includes a 4-year highly competitive Physician Assistant Program at D'Youville College. Along with having experience working in the OB/GYN specialty for 4 years. As a healthcare professional, she is dedicated to delivering patient centered care in a diverse population. Alisha's special interests include prenatal care, gynecological wellness, and disease prevention.

Nicola Pemberton, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist at Artemis OB/GYN in Union, New Jersey. She is the medical director of Artemis OB/GYN and The Birth Center of New Jersey. She specializes in obstetrics, reproductive endocrinology, and benign adult and adolescent gynecology.

Dr. Pemberton completed her undergraduate degree in biology at the University of Miami in Florida before moving to the West Indies for two years to attend the St. George’s University School of Medicine in True Blue, Grenada. For her third year of medical school, she did her clinical rotations in England, including a neuroscience selective in the Czech Republic.

She completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in New Jersey, where she was recognized for her resident teaching and given a faculty position at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York City, where she also served as a clinical assistant professor at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University. 

Dr. Pemberton is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her training includes general laparoscopic and robotic gynecology surgery for procedures such as myomectomy, hysterectomy, and ovarian pathology. She performs numerous in-office procedures, including endometrial ablation, cryosurgery, colposcopy, and cone biopsies.
