Dr. Oloufa brings over 20 years of experience and expertise to her field and specializes in obstetrics, gynecology and gynecological surgery including state-of-the-art minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery. Dr. Oloufa graduated with her medical degree from the Milton S. Hershey College of Medicine at Penn State University. She then completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Geisinger Health System.
Prior to her medical training, Dr. Oloufa received her Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, graduating on the Dean’s List, and an M.B.A in Managerial Accounting from the University of Hawaii. Her extensive education provided the basis for the dedicated care she now provides to her patients.
Before starting her own practice at West Orange Women’s Care, Dr. Oloufa served as a Staff Physician at Orlando Health Hospital. During her time at Orlando Health, she served the West Orange community through community health fairs, special event presentations, guest radio talk shows, and school career nights. She has mentored medical students and educated nurse practitioners from University of Central Florida, as well as physician assistant students from Nova Southeastern University during their core OB/GYN clinical rotations. She has also served on the Medical Executive Committee, as Chair of the OB/GYN department at Orlando Health, and as secretary of the Medical Staff.
Dr. Oloufa believes each person has unique needs that should be acknowledged in a caring and compassionate environment where each staff member shares the goal of providing exceptional service.
When she is not working Dr. Oloufa enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, reading, and relaxing at the beach.

Dr. Lori Lambert is a leading board-certified OB/GYN physician located in Orlando, Florida. She provides comprehensive and compassionate obstetrical and gynecological care for women. Charles "Charlie" I. Stein, MD, FACOG, FASLS, is a highly experienced physician specializing in laser medicine, surgery, and advanced vein treatment at Vascular Vein Centers, with locations in Orlando, Waterford Lakes of East Orlando, Kissimmee, Lake Mary, The Villages, and Davenport/Haines City, Florida. Born and raised in Sanford, Florida, Dr. Stein has dedicated his career to caring for patients throughout the state, bringing more than four decades of medical expertise to his practice.
Dr. Stein holds dual credentials as both a pharmacist and a board-certified physician. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the Georgia School of Pharmacy before completing his medical degree at Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara (UAG) and the Medical College of Georgia. He is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG) as well as a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (FASLMS). His additional certifications include microsurgery and ultrasound.
After extensive training, Dr. Stein practiced gynecologic surgical oncology, where he treated women with complex and often life-altering conditions. During this time, he recognized that venous disease was another significant and underaddressed source of discomfort, stress, and health concerns for many patients. This insight led him to pursue advanced training in phlebology and actively participate in national vein and phlebology societies.
For more than 25 years, Dr. Stein has focused on diagnosing and treating vein conditions using modern, minimally invasive techniques. Today, he devotes his full attention to vein care, combining precision, experience, and compassion to help patients achieve improved comfort, confidence, and quality of life.
