Dr. Crozier graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University, where he majored in Spanish and Neuroscience and played rugby. After a year of service work in Nicaragua, he earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He then completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Florida, serving as chief resident and providing care for high school and college athletes.
Pursuing advanced training, Dr. Crozier completed a prestigious sports medicine fellowship at the American Sports Medicine Institute in Birmingham, Alabama, under renowned surgeon Dr. James Andrews. He further honed his skills through a sports medicine fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, where he cared for professional athletes as an assistant team physician for the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Penguins.
