Dr. Crawford completed his medical training in Chicago, IL, where he attended the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University. He completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Northwestern Medicine Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital.
