Usman Saleem MD, MSPT, is a highly skilled Pain Medicine Specialist and Double Board-Certified in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology. 

From four offices in Williston Park in Nassau County, Bellerose in Queens, Midwood in Brooklyn, and Port Jefferson Station, all in New York, Dr. Saleem provides expert care to patients ages 20 years and up and welcomes all ethnicities, backgrounds, and walks of life. 

Before attending medical school, Dr. Saleem received a Master’s in Physical Therapy (MSPT) and practiced as a Physical Therapist. He completed his Bachelor of Science at New York University (NYU) in New York City, gaining knowledge and skills in Pain Management and Anesthesiology.

Dr. Saleem completed his residency training at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, a public medical school and hospital in Brooklyn, New York, followed by a Fellowship in Pain Medicine at the University of Iowa (UI) in Iowa City.
