She takes a comprehensive approach to pain management, utilizing therapies, medication, exercise, nutrition, and other lifestyle changes to relieve both acute and chronic pain. Each patient receives individualized care to develop a unique treatment plan to achieve positive, lasting results. With a keen understanding of the human body’s anatomy and function, she is dedicated to relieving patients’ pain and discomfort, so they gain renewed hope and improved quality of life. Dr. Zaydman believes in the powerful effect that people’s daily wellness choices have on their overall quality of life. 

Before joining Valley Medical and Wellness, Dr. Zaydman was on the medical staff at The Atkins Center for Complementary Medicine in New York City, New York, where she worked under Dr. Robert Atkins, developer of the low-carbohydrate diet. As part of her comprehensive therapy protocols, she provides education and guidance on diet, exercise, and alternative wellness treatments to help patients feel their very best.

Dr. Zaydman co-founded Valley Medical and Wellness in 2014 and currently serves as the company's President and Medical Director. She is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota Medical School, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.

She earned her doctoral degree from Augsburg University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and brings over eight years of experience as an intensive care nurse across multiple hospital systems in Minnesota.

Her background includes work in high-acuity ICU settings as well as experience as a travel registered nurse, providing care to diverse patient populations and adapting quickly to complex, fast-paced environments. These experiences have shaped her clinical judgment, resilience, and commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.

Beyond clinical practice, Victoriah is actively involved with the Minnesota Hmong Nurses Association and American Academy Nurse Practitioner, where she supports and mentors future nurse professionals.

As a nurse practitioner, Victoriah is passionate about building trusting relationships with patients and families, empowering them through education, and collaborative decision-making. Victoriah strives to create care environments that are respectful, inclusive, and focused on holistic wellness.
