Ashley Lardy is a Certified Physician Assistant with a Master of Clinical Medical Science from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UW-La Crosse. Prior to becoming a PA, she worked in gastroenterology and geriatrics, gaining hands-on experience in patient care and chronic disease management.
Ashley finds fulfillment in building lasting relationships with patients and supporting them in managing their health challenges. Her approach emphasizes combining compassionate care with evidence-based medicine. In her free time, Ashley enjoys reading, practicing restorative yoga, and going on walks. She also loves spending quality time with her loved ones, especially her two cats, Pixie and Romeo.
Victoriah is a Doctorate-prepared Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical foundation and a passion for advancing patient care, professional development, and community engagement. She earned her doctoral degree from Augsburg University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and brings over eight years of experience as an intensive care nurse across multiple hospital systems in Minnesota.
Her background includes work in high-acuity ICU settings as well as experience as a travel registered nurse, providing care to diverse patient populations and adapting quickly to complex, fast-paced environments. These experiences have shaped her clinical judgment, resilience, and commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.
Beyond clinical practice, Victoriah is actively involved with the Minnesota Hmong Nurses Association and American Academy Nurse Practitioner, where she supports and mentors future nurse professionals.
As a nurse practitioner, Victoriah is passionate about building trusting relationships with patients and families, empowering them through education, and collaborative decision-making. Victoriah strives to create care environments that are respectful, inclusive, and focused on holistic wellness.
