Elizabeth Marquez grew up in San Francisco, California and has been a nurse since 2013. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Samuel Merritt University in California and obtained her Master of Science in Nursing (M.S.N.) degree with a major in Family Nurse Practitioner at Texas State University. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
She gained experience through working as a registered nurse for 2 years. She spent a majority of her career in a hospital setting as a medical surgical nurse. After receiving her masters degree, she worked as a clinical instructor to teach future nursing students. Shortly after, she joined Greater Austin Pain Center in 2018.
Elizabeth enjoys running with her dogs, relaxing at the beach, doing martial arts and spending time with her family.
Dr. Timothy Bednar is a Texas native who earned his degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University, graduating summa cum laude, and his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch.
He completed a General Surgery internship at Baylor College of Medicine, followed by an anesthesiology residency (2015) and pain medicine fellowship (2017) at UTMB, where he also served as an Assistant Professor.
Dr. Bednar joined Greater Austin Pain Center in 2017. Outside of work, he enjoys running, scuba diving, watching sports, and spending time with his wife and family.
Dr. Alan Silberberg obtained his undergraduate degree from Duke University and medical degree at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in North Carolina. He completed his anesthesiology residency in 2009 and fellowship training in 2010 at the highly regarded University of California in San Diego.
In 2014, Dr. Silberberg founded Greater Austin Pain Center and since then has focused on expanding his team of specialists dedicated to practicing interventional pain management for residents in Austin, Kyle, Dripping Springs, and San Marcos.
In his spare time, Dr. Silberberg enjoys swimming, cooking, traveling, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
