Dr. Shinto Koshy completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency training at the State University of New York Downstate and is board certified. He completed his Interventional Spine Fellowship at Centers for Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine.

A southern Californian native, Dr. Lai completed his medical training at Tufts University where he subsequently served as a clinical instructor. He is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He also holds board certifications in Pain Medicine and Independent Medical Examiners.
Dr. Lai’s primary goal is to achieve maximal restoration of physical, psychological, social and vocational function through comprehensive rehabilitation. Adam Weitzman, MD, is a Pain Management physician who practices in four Los Angeles locations, Redondo Beach, El Segundo, Torrance and Seal Beach, California. He is double board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
Dr. Weitzman earned his medical degree and graduated with honors from the Weill Medical College of Cornell University in New York City. He then completed an internship at the University of Pennsylvania before completing a residency in anesthesiology at Temple University, both in Philadelphia. Afterward, he finished an ACGME recognized fellowship in pain management at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in New York City, where he served as chief fellow.
He focuses on state-of-the-art therapies for acute and chronic pain. Dr. Weitzman uses a multidisciplinary approach that includes chiropractic care, physical therapy, massage therapy, stem cell therapy, and interventional pain techniques. His goal is to identify and eliminate the causes of pain that don’t respond to a single method of treatment so patients can live pain-free.
