Dr. Reda completed his pediatric residency at LAC/USC Medical Center and a prestigious pediatric critical care fellowship at UCLA. He has held leadership roles at several prominent hospitals, including serving as Director of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at UCI—Fountain Valley Hospital and Associate Director of the PICUs at Miller Children’s Hospital, St. Vincent Medical Center, and Valley Presbyterian Hospital.

Deepika Saini, MD, FAAP, is a caring and compassionate pediatrician and an integral part of the team at Valencia Pediatrics. Through his role at the practice, Dr. Saini helps improve and preserve children’s health throughout the High Desert area of Hesperia, Apple Valley, and Victorville, California.

Education has always been a guiding force in Dr. Saini’s life. She began her studies at Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois. She remained in the area to earn her medical degree from Finch University Health Sciences/Chicago Medical School in North Chicago. 

Dr. Saini has provided pediatric care in various settings, including private practice and community health. She has also held leadership roles, including serving as medical director in a thriving pediatrics department.

Rainilda Valencia, MD, FAAP, is a board-certified pediatrician with almost 40 years of experience treating children in the United States, Saudi Arabia, and the Philippines. She specializes in asthma and allergies and provides a wide range of medical services for her patients at Valencia Pediatrics in the High Desert area of Hesperia, Apple Valley, and Victorville, California. Dr. Valencia is fluent in English, Spanish, Arabic, and Tagalog.

Dr. Valencia earned her bachelor’s and medical degrees from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines, and completed an internship and residency at the Medical City Hospital in Manila, where she was named Most Outstanding Intern and served as Chief Resident of the pediatrics department. After relocating to the US, she completed a second internship at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix and a second residency at Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital in Loma Linda, California, where she was honored with the Pediatric Emergency Medicine Award.

Dr. Valencia’s natural aptitude for medicine and dedication to her work has led her to always perform at the top of her field. She was also a member of the Physician Advisory Committee at St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley, California.

Outside of her practice, Dr. Valencia volunteers her time to local events such as kids fairs and career days for various elementary schools. Megan Reynolds, CPNP-PC, is a caring and knowledgeable pediatric nurse practitioner who’s a highly valued member of the Valencia Pediatrics family, treating patients at the practice’s office in Victorville, California, also serving patients in the High Desert area of Hesperia and Apple Valley.  Megan joined our team of primary care providers in February of 2014.

Megan graduated cum laude from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science in nursing and a minor in anthropology. She stayed on at CSULB to earn her Master of Science in nursing, where she also served as the class representative of the California Nursing Student Association. Additionally, she was a member of the General Pediatrics Partnership Council at Miller Children’s & Women’s Hospital Long Beach during her education.

After finishing her training and before joining the family at Valencia Pediatrics, Megan worked as a registered nurse in the general pediatrics unit at Miller Children’s Hospital & Women’s Hospital, where she gained invaluable experience treating a wide range of pediatric patients.

Dr. Charles Song brings extensive medical experience to his practice, Song Institute of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology in Manhattan Beach, California. He specializes in the complex diagnosis and treatment of allergies, while focusing on each individual and taking care to provide comprehensive care that improves their quality of life.

After receiving his medical degree from Northwestern Medical School, Dr. Song completed his residency at the University of Southern California, County Medical Center. She took her training at St. Mary's Hospital, University of Connecticut, Yale University, and Columbia University. Dr. Moussa has been practicing since 1994 as a physician.
