Dr. Alexander began his career pursuits at Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, earning his undergraduate degree as the valedictorian. The following year, he enrolled at The University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, earning his Doctor of Medicine. During his time at Penn, Dr. Alexander served as the co-chair of the Student National Medical Association.
Before entering private practice, Dr. Alexander completed an internship in general surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and an anesthesiology residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Alexander thrived in the position, earning the title of chief resident in his final year.
Before joining the team at Las Vegas Spine & Pain Center, Dr. Alexander returned to Emory University and completed an ACGME-accredited fellowship. That opportunity taught him a more comprehensive approach to pain management, enhancing his knowledge and expertise.
Outside of work, Dr. Alexander is very active in the community. He regularly volunteers abroad in medically underserved places, sharing his knowledge and compassion with others. Dr. Alexander is a family man who loves the arts and spending time with his wife and two daughters. He’s also active and enjoys golfing and fitness.

Lazaro Cueto grew up in Miami, Florida and earned his degree from Purdue University where he had the opportunity to rotate through various primary care clinics and specialty clinics which influenced his decision after seeing the shortage in healthcare professions. In his spare time, Lazaro enjoys spending time with his wife and pets. He also is a big fan of European Football and favorite team is Manchestor City.
Brian Le, DO, is a doctor of osteopathy at Las Vegas Spine & Pain Center, providing neurology and advanced pain management to adults living in and around Las Vegas, Nevada, and throughout Clark County.
Dr. Le earned his medical degree from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glen Head. Before entering private practice, he completed an anesthesiology residency and a pain management fellowship at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore.
Dr. Le excelled in the program, earning the title of “outstanding graduating resident of the year.” He also received extensive training in interventional pain management and the treatment of chronic pain.
Dr. Le strongly believes in patient safety. He takes a multidisciplinary approach to pain management and is committed to providing the best and most effective treatment options for various musculoskeletal problems.
When he isn’t developing custom treatment plans or working with patients, Dr. Le enjoys participating in pain management research and continuing education. He also serves as a clinical adjunct professor of pain management and anesthesiology for Touro University’s Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Program.
