Dr. Tadeh Setaghian is a highly accomplished and dedicated physician, specializing in the fields of anesthesiology and pain management. Dr. Setaghian pursued his anesthesiology residency at Boston University, where he honed his skills in administering anesthesia and gained a comprehensive understanding of perioperative patient management. His strong foundation in anesthesiology provided him with a solid platform to further explore his interest in pain management which led him to completing a comprehensive pain medicine fellowship program at Rutgers University.
