Josie Felix, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, COMT is a physical therapist who graduated from the University of Saint Augustine - St. Augustine location in 2019 and has been practicing the last 5 years in Seattle, WA before recently moving to San Diego. Her mission is to provide high quality and specialized physical therapy services with an emphasis on looking at the body as a whole and trying to find the cause of your injury, mobility/strength limitations, or pain to help not only treat your involved area, but also find the driver or cause of what brought you to physical therapy. Josie treats individuals of all ages with various types of injuries, but specializes in helping those with EDS/hypermobility syndromes, TMJ dysfunctions, and rotational sport/overhead athletes. He has maintained an active lifestyle through his adulthood with experience in American football, rugby, powerlifting, and endurance running. Shaped from his years of outpatient experience, he takes a diverse approach to treatment with manual therapy, biomechanical analysis, and replication of functional tasks in order to ensure a more complete return to prior level of function.
Ryan Gibbons PT, DPT, ATC is a sports medicine professional who brings a highly varied and unique approach to rehabilitation. After attaining his Athletic Training Credential in 2021, Ryan pursued and attained a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St Augustine for Health Sciences. Ryan has worked with a wide array of patients including professional athletes and Navy special forces. Ryan’s skill set includes the use of strong soft tissue and manual treatment, functional movement, sport specific task training, and return to play recovery for athletes. To maintain his depth of understanding for his patients, Ryan avidly participates in cross training between weight lifting, swimming, and jiu jitsu. In addition to physical therapy, Ryan works as a part-time Athletic Trainer, helping various athletes on the weekends to recover from acute injuries.
Dr. Alyssa Burkitt, PT, DPT, CAFS, H&W, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, certified Herman and Wallace Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, and has been certified in Applied Functional Science with the Gray Institute. She obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from San Diego State University, where she conducted research surrounding pelvic floor dysfunction. She believes in a holistic approach to developing individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing all aspects of patients’ lifestyles through the incorporation of manual techniques as well as strength and conditioning principles to help people return to what they love without limitations. She is passionate about working with active populations with needs for both orthopedic and/or pelvic function rehabilitation, with a focus in Women’s Health. She has been active all her life, and currently participates in activities such as running, weightlifting, jiu jitsu, and hiking, as well as going to the beach!

He also draws from his experience as a former NCAA All-American distance runner at the University of Washington to further understand and relate to the biopsychosocial demands of athletes.

Dr. Sarah Ralston, PT, DPT, earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from San Diego State University. With a background in competitive volleyball and a current passion for weightlifting, she brings a strong understanding of movement, strength training, and injury prevention to her practice. Sarah focuses on helping active individuals return to the activities they love through evidence-based, strength-driven rehab, and personalized care.
Dr. Dylan Mutchler, PT, DPT, CSCS is a graduate of New York University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with additional certifications in RockSteady Boxing and Hyperice recovery. He strives to educate and excite others about how to optimize their relationships with their bodies through his multidisciplinary approach involving the science of movement, strength training, and manual techniques. As a former JUCO and NCAA collegiate baseball player, he understands and relates to both the physical and mental demands that being an athlete at any level entails and specializes in working with athletes of all age ranges. Away from the clinic, Dylan enjoys working out at the gym, staying active with basketball, boxing and baseball, watching The Ohio State Buckeyes, and video chatting with his nieces and nephew.

Born and raised in Seattle, WA, she finds joy in exploring the great outdoors. Dr. Shawn Collins PT, DPT, CSCS, XPS is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He has spent the majority of his physical therapy career in sports, spending time in the MLB with the San Francisco Giants at Spring Training as well as his previous role at EXOS Headquarters during their NFL Combine program. He has worked with athletes of all levels from middle school to the NFL, NBA, and MLB, among others. Shawn is also an avid endurance athlete, completing a couple half-Ironman distance triathlons, a 50mi ultramarathon, and a bike ride from Huntington Beach to San Francisco. He strives to integrate his experiences as a strength coach and physical therapist to help his patients get back to what they love to do as quickly as possible and preventing future injuries in the process.
Dr. Bryce Corley Lillie, PT, DPT is a graduate of Chapman University with a clinical emphasis in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine. He is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals through manual therapy, functional mobility training, and strength-based interventions.

Shinto Koshy, MD, is a board-certified physician specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation. He sees patients at Centers of Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine, which has locations in Placentia and Rancho Mirage, California.
Dr. Koshy completed his physical medicine and rehabilitation residency training at the State University of New York Downstate. He completed his interventional spine Fellowship here at Centers of Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine.
Dr. Koshy is an active member with the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Association of Academic Physiatrists, American College of Healthcare Executives, and the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.

Dr. Osborn graduated from University of St. Augustine with her doctorate in physical therapy in San Marcos, CA. Prior to becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy, she worked as an employment specialist for adults with disabilities and a physical therapy aide and worked with various populations. She has completed the APTA Level 1 Pelvic Health course and will be working towards completing level 2 in the near future.
Dr. Osborn was born and raised just north of Seattle in Everett, WA. She graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA in 2016.
In her free time you can find her reading at the beach, doing yoga, hiking, going to concerts, or spending time with her friends.
Dr. Koehler graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s University of Los Angeles in 2019 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. While attending PT school, she started her journey for pelvic health taking additional courses through Herman and Wallace. She has completed Levels 1, 2A, 2B, and capstone courses for pelvic health as well as visceral + fascial mobilization of the urinary and reproductive systems in the more recent years. Dr. Koehler’s passion is helping every gender achieve good pelvic health as well as general functional fitness.
Dr. Koehler grew up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania and completed a Bachelors of Science in Rehabilitation and Human Services at The Pennsylvania State University. In her free time, Dr. Koehler enjoys hiking with her dog & husband as well as hanging out at the beach and reading.
Dr. Flynn’s path to the vocation of physical therapist is not the norm. After graduating from Arizona State University with a B.S. in International Financial Management, he embarked on a career in the financial services industry. Growing frustrated with the lack of benefit he could provide to his clients, Dr. Flynn decided to focus on his passion-movement of the human body. This led Dr. Flynn to seek out options for a career in which he could use his skills to better the lives of others on a physical and mental level.
Dr. Chris Flynn, PT, DPT received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2010. While attending graduate school, he completed advanced coursework in manual physical therapy and assessment of musculoskeletal conditions. Since graduation, he has been practicing outpatient, orthopedic physical therapy. Dr. Flynn believes in treating the whole body entirely, using functional movement assessments to determine the cause of dysfunction. Then, working collaboratively with the patient/client, a solution is tailored to each individual. Dr. Flynn partnered with Dr. Craig-Jones to open Pipeline Physical Therapy with a shared vision to provide a new model of physical therapy focused on overall movement, health and wellness of each individual.
Dr. Flynn was raised in Phoenix, AZ and relocated to Southern California for graduate school in 2008. In his spare time, Dr. Flynn enjoys spending time on the beach and local hiking trails with his wife Antonia, son Ashton and their dog Dolce.
