Caroline earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Miami University in 2013 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Drexel University in 2016. Following the birth of her first daughter in 2020, Caroline developed a deep interest in pelvic health and pursued advanced training through Herman & Wallace, along with dedicated clinical mentorship while continuing her work at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab. In 2022, she fully transitioned into an outpatient pelvic health physical therapy role.

Caroline is passionate about normalizing open conversations around pelvic health, increasing public education, and creating a supportive, shame-free environment where patients feel heard, empowered, and confident in their care. She is excited to bring her diverse clinical background and expertise to the Beyond Gyne Health community.
