Along with his wife and three children, Dr. Huddleston settled in East Tennessee, and for over 22 years, he has maintained a successful practice in Kingsport where he helps his patients boost their self-esteem and gain a different outlook on life.

He teaches at the Quillen College of Medicine at East Tennessee State University (ETSU) as a Clinical Professor of Surgery.
