He honed his surgical skills through residency training at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center and University Hospitals Health System in Cleveland, focusing on reconstructive foot and ankle surgery and diabetic limb salvage.

Alaa N. Mansour, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist and surgeon at Gentle Foot and Ankle Care in Madison Heights, Michigan.
Dr. Mansour is a fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon who was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Mansour earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology at the University of Illinois and attended medical school at the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine. He then completed his surgical residency at Beaumont Hospital where he served as chief resident. He went on to complete a fellowship in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at the Foot and Ankle Institute in Indianapolis.
Dr. Mansour is board certified and has extensive training in the treatment of complex foot and ankle deformities as well as fractures, bunions, flat feet, and arthritis. He has a practice emphasis in ankle joint replacements and also has a special interest in innovative treatments such as 3D printed custom implants for limb salvage and deformity correction. He realizes that he is not just treating feet, but the patients they are attached to.
Dr. Mansour gains the most satisfaction from providing compassionate care, understanding each patient's story, and helping them back onto their feet. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, hiking, and exploring new cities. Abbas Baghdadi, D.P.M. is a board-qualified podiatrist practicing at Michigan foot & Ankle Institute, PC located in Clinton Township Michigan. A recent graduate of a 3 year residency program in reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle, Dr. Baghdadi is delighted to share his skills and expertise with individuals of all ages who live in and around Macomb County.
Dr Baghdadi completed his bachelor of arts in biology at Wayne state University in Detroit Michigan. He then relocated to Chicago Illinois where he earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the Dr. William M. Scholl College of podiatric medicine in 2021 before completing his podiatric surgical residency at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital in Clinton Township Michigan. In his final year of residency he was honored to have been selected as chief resident.
Dr.Baghdadi has extensive training in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery including complex deformity correction, external frames, and total ankle joint replacement. He also is well skilled and versed in minimally invasive surgery of the foot and ankle. He also specializes in an adult and pediatric; inpatient/outpatient podiatric surgery, orthopedics, trauma, wound care and complex limb salvage. He also performs complex plastic surgery techniques, skin grafts and musculocutaneous flaps.

Dr. Milana Turner, DPM, is a board-certified podiatric surgeon who provides skilled foot and ankle care at Oakland Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in Clarkston, Michigan.
Dr. Turner treats foot pain, ankle pain, and injuries both conservatively and surgically. She is an expert and extremely passionate about diabetic limb salvage and wound care. She treats both painful and cosmetic foot deformities, sports injuries, and general and diabetic foot problems using a wide range of traditional and cutting-edge techniques and protocols.

Dr. Turner graduated from Michigan State University (MSU) in East Lansing, Michigan, and then earned her Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine at the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Illinois.
She went on to complete her surgical residency at Beaumont Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Her residency training focused on the reconstructive forefoot and rearfoot surgery.
Alongside her podiatry practice at Oakland Orthopedic Institute, Dr. Turner currently serves on the hospital and teaching staff at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland Hospital, and McLaren Oakland Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan. Additionally, she is on staff at Sparrow Wound and Hyperbaric Clinic in Lansing, Michigan.
Dr. Turner was born in Riga, Latvia, and grew up in Michigan. She speaks both Russian and English fluently. During her downtime, she loves to cheer on the Spartans, travel, play tennis, and spend time with her family and friends.
