Dr. David Berlin, DPM

Board-certified podiatrist and foot and ankle surgeon David Berlin, DPM, combines experience, expertise, and compassionate care to benefit patients at Eastside Foot & Ankle Clinic, P.C., in St. Clair Shores and Troy, Michigan. Dr. Berlin specializes in treating all conditions of the foot and ankle, from everyday problems like plantar warts to complex reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Berlin graduated as a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio, in 1980, having received the Ohio Podiatric Medical Students Association President's Award, and has gained considerable experience since then in the area of foot and ankle care. 

Among his previous appointments, Dr. Berlin has been chief of surgery at the St. John Hospital Department of Podiatry in Harrison Township, Michigan, and served on their Member Executive Committee. He has published papers in several esteemed medical journals and is a member of the Academy of Ambulatory Foot Surgery and the American Association of Podiatric Physicians and Surgeons.

Dr. Berlin has undergone specialized training in areas of particular interest, including the use of OssaTron® for the treatment of chronic proximal plantar fasciitis and Anodyne® therapy for peripheral neuropathies.
