Neil Jaddou MD has been a practicing physician for over 20 years. He provides comprehensive medical care for adults and children at Somerset Family Medicine SFM. Dr. Jaddou graduated with honors from Wayne State University Medical School, which is one of the top medical schools in the country. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at St. John Hospital before transferring to Detroit Medical Center to complete a residency in family practice. Dr. Hussen Amen is a board-certified family physician and founder of Amen Family Medicine in Livonia, MI. Founder, Rachel Lethorn, MS, PA-C, ATC, graduated from Eastern Michigan University, Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's in Sports Medicine, and from Wayne State University with a Master's in Physician Assistant Studies. Sports have always been an important part of Rachel's life. Rachel competed in NCAA Div. I gymnastics for Eastern Michigan University, where she scored the first perfect score in the history of gymnastics at EMU. She has judged gymnastics since 1994, and currently is a National level NAWGJ Judge. Her 20+ years of coaching experience began in Texas, where she is originally from. She has also trained as a sports medicine professional under the USA Gymnastics Team Doctor of Osteopathy and the Chief Medical Officer for Gymnastics Australia, Dr. Don McIntosh. She has been on the volunteer medical staff for USA Nationals and Australian National Gymnastics Competitions. Currently she is the owner of Med Sports Vantage, medical clinic in Brighton, MI.

Madison Frick, PA-C, is a compassionate and dedicated physician assistant specializing in women’s health at Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology. With a strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care, she is excited to serve the communities of Rochester Hills, Lenox, and Troy, Michigan.

Before pursuing her career as a physician assistant, Madison earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University. During this time, she spent over two years working as a medical scribe with Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology, where she gained valuable experience alongside skilled physicians. Madison then went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Idaho State University, further honing her expertise in women’s health.

Madison is dedicated to creating a supportive, open environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered. She is passionate about educating women on their health options, promoting informed decision-making, and helping patients take an active role in their healthcare. In addition to her clinical work in the office, Madison also serves patients in the triage department, ensuring comprehensive care across all aspects of patient needs.

Nicole attended the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and The University of Detroit Mercy. In 2002, she began her career as a Physician Assistant in surgery and high-risk obstetrics. 

During her time working in surgery and high-risk obstetrics, Nicole quickly found her passion in Women's Health. She is humbled and grateful to care for women and their families during one of the most miraculous times in life. She is especially interested in Diabetes in Pregnancy and Nutrition.

David Berlin, DPM, is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon at Long Lake Podiatry, P.C., providing comprehensive podiatry care to people of all ages at two convenient locations in Troy and St. Clair Shores, Michigan. 

Dr. Berlin began his professional education at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where he earned his bachelor’s degree. Following graduation, he pursued a medical degree at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio. There, Dr. Berlin earned his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine. 

Since entering private practice, Dr. Berlin has served in various positions, including vice chief of surgery and chief of surgery. As a podiatrist, he has special interests in neuropathy care and the treatment of chronic plantar fasciitis.

He did his residency in Family/General Practice and Emergency Medicine at Garden City Hospital, Beaumont Hospital, and Henry Ford Hospital. He received his degree of Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine (now known as A.T. Still University) in Kirksville, Missouri. He is an active staff physician at Beaumont Hospital, Botsford Hospital, and St. John Hospital. Dr. Lewerenz is an Assistant Clinical Professor at MSU, and an active member of American Academy of Anti-Aging and Restorative Medicine, American Academy of Osteopathic Medicine, American Medical Association, and American College of Osteopathic Physicians.
