Dr. Milana Turner, DPM, is a board-certified podiatric surgeon who provides skilled foot and ankle care at Oakland Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in Clarkston, Michigan.
Dr. Turner treats foot pain, ankle pain, and injuries both conservatively and surgically. She is an expert and extremely passionate about diabetic limb salvage and wound care. She treats both painful and cosmetic foot deformities, sports injuries, and general and diabetic foot problems using a wide range of traditional and cutting-edge techniques and protocols.

Dr. Turner graduated from Michigan State University (MSU) in East Lansing, Michigan, and then earned her Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine at the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Illinois.
She went on to complete her surgical residency at Beaumont Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Her residency training focused on the reconstructive forefoot and rearfoot surgery.
Alongside her podiatry practice at Oakland Orthopedic Institute, Dr. Turner currently serves on the hospital and teaching staff at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland Hospital, and McLaren Oakland Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan. Additionally, she is on staff at Sparrow Wound and Hyperbaric Clinic in Lansing, Michigan.
Dr. Turner was born in Riga, Latvia, and grew up in Michigan. She speaks both Russian and English fluently. During her downtime, she loves to cheer on the Spartans, travel, play tennis, and spend time with her family and friends.

Dr. Laughner graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Biology from Youngstown State University. He attended the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland graduating in 1991 as the Class Valedictorian. Dr. Laughner completed his surgical residency training in 1993 at the Kern Hospital for Special Surgery located in Warren, Michigan. He had practiced Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Portland, Maine before locating to the Tri City Area in 1996. He has been an active staff member at MidMichigan Medical Center since 1998. Dr. Laughner has been in practice at Midland Podiatry Associates since October 1999.
Dr. Laughner and his wife, Sandra have one daughter, Peyton. He enjoys private practice and is zestful in the pursuit of helping patients eradicate painful foot conditions. In his leisure time he is an avid drag racer and enjoys the collector car hobby.
