Thomas Lim, DPM, is an experienced podiatrist and foot and ankle surgeon, and he’s happy to serve people throughout the Los Angeles area at The Sunset Foot Clinic. Dr. Lim graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a degree in biology. He then attended the California School of Podiatric Medicine at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, California. He completed his residency at Staten Island University Hospital in New York City and has been in private practice ever since.
Dr. Lim is certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine as well as the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry. In addition to primary podiatric care, his specialties include the prevention and treatment of diabetic foot wounds and diabetic footwear. He’s also a qualified medical evaluator in the state of California, providing examinations in workers’ compensation cases.
At The Sunset Foot Clinic, Dr. Lim provides compassionate care for all foot and ankle conditions, ranging from the common and simple to the complex. It’s his goal for his patients to be not only healthy but well-informed.

He thrived in the role, earning the title of chief podiatry resident. During his time there, Dr. Tehrani treated more than 18,000 patients experiencing a wide range of foot and ankle issues.
At Kings Point Foot and Ankle Specialists, Dr. Tehrani diagnoses and treats various problems that affect the feet and ankles, including fractures, fungal nails, heel pain, and nerve pain. He believes in educating and informing his patients so that they have a solid understanding of their condition and treatment options.
