Dr. Elmarsafi completed his medical school training at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 2016. Gary Raymond, DPM, is a native of Gallitzin and a graduate of Penn Cambria High School. He currently welcomes new patients at Advanced Regional Center for Orthopedics & Podiatry.
He obtained his Bachelor of Science from the University of Pennsylvania as an undergraduate and received his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia where he ranked 4th in his class. After completing his surgical residency at the Community Hospital in Lubbock, Texas, Dr. Raymond returned to Altoona where he has been practicing since 1983. He was a member of the Pi Delta Honor Society, Stirling Hartford Anatomical Society and the National Dean’s List.
